This place is very unprofessional. They had my car for 7 weeks to replace the motor and transmission. It took them 4 motors before they got the right one. They didn't inform the warranty company that my motor and transmission needed to be replaced so I was out of pocket $13,000.00 and another $3,000.00 for the rental car. My car has been in the shop 3 more times in fixing your repairs over the last 6 months. Clutch cable, both axis and recently the transmission failed. And now I an stuck in Yuma Arizona. Shotty service on your behalf!!!

Today I brought my MazdaSpeed 3 in to Lewis to get some aftermarket wheels put on. Not only did Lewis stay open late for me, but their manager, Louie, took amazing and excellent care of me. Furthermore, their technician Frank stayed afterwards and not only did some on the spot problem-solving, but followed of my requests to take extra care of my vehicle. I’m extremely impressed by the quality of service offered, and especially when it comes to the reasonable price Lewis charged me for the job. I would absolutely recommend Lewis General Tires to my friends, family, and anyone requiring vehicle maintenance or service. 5 star service, and 6 star staff!

I had been buying my tires here for many years. I will never go back. They messed up my rotation 3 years in a row. The last time they put on the wrong lug nuts for my winter rims/tires. So when I went back to get the tires rotated properly, they couldn’t because they had to replace the studs they ruined. So I had to go back AGAIN. I work 5 ten hour days. Every time I had to go back because of THEIR mistakes I lost OVERTIME money. Never again.

I bring my car there and my mothers. Always great service. My mother's tire was leaking and it was a quick fix and they were kind enough to not even charge. I love local businesses that care for their people and a big reason why I will continue doing business with lewis tire.

I had my driver come to this place due to a steer tire on my truck loosing air, this shop stated that the tire was good and the only thing that was leaking was the valve stem, they replaced the valve stem and charge my driver $112 dollars for it, but that’s not the issue to begin with, they took my money and an hour later my driver had the same issue, so I had my driver pull up to a TA and they found the real issue, the wheel had a crack on the inner side and these people at Lewis tire were unable to discover it ? Come on, you gonna tell me that you don’t put the tire under water to find out where exactly is the leak coming from? This was a total rip off, and I’m not even mad about the insane price they charged me, I’m mad about the fact that they knew it was cracked and still charged me for a valve stem replacement, that’s called a scam! That’s the reason why my driver asked to see the leak and they told him that he had to wait in the lobby until the workers were done, what a red flag, my driver would come to TA and they would show him the issue before proceeding to do anything, what a scam, don’t ever come to this place.

My wife and I will only ever go to Lewis for our car repairs. The customer service is outstanding, they're personable and remember us every time, and the service is always fast and efficient. Everybody we have worked with at Lewis so far are just great people and we really appreciate them!

We were heading south to Florida in our RV and needed to get a quick oil and filter change before heading south. Most service stations or dealerships in the area could not accommodate us or if they could, we would have to wait for a few days to be fit in to their schedule. The very friendly staff at Lewis General Tires went out of their way to help us despite the fact that they too were very busy. They took us in right away. They are a full service shop with a very competent staff that also charges a very fair price. I highly recommend them.

What a lifesaver! We were stuck with blowout on i-90, sitting in the breakdown lane (on a road trip from Florida in our RV with our Grandchildren in Henrietta, NY). Tried our RV-AAA and our other Road services, both of whom said they couldn't since they thought there were contract repair crews on that road! Anyway, by chance we called Lewis General Tires, who couldn't have been nicer and said they would immediately send someone out to help and a completely new tire to install . An hour later, we were back on the road and couldn’t believe how lucky we were to have called them!!!! We didn’t know this company, but were treated wonderfully. They saved our trip! If our service is any indication, this must be a great company to deal with for tires!!!!

I found this gem. I was looking for someone who could handle my vehicle with care. They were able to install my 24" tires with ease. It feels welcoming while inside as well. Very friendly place.

Response from the owner "Wow, it's so mind blowing how we can go from Hero to Zero over $15. YES, we charge a dismount and remount fee and balance charge to install SUPPLIED tires. I don't know how any right minded person cou..." Couldn't see the rest as this review must have been changed! However it still showed it in my email. Let me be very clear here it's not 15 bucks it was your company trying to make a 120.00+ profit from 1 tire! 100 bucks more then online plus mounting and balancing or 45 plus tax to mount and balance a single tire sense I didnt want to pay 100 bucks more for the same tire! This is price gouging! After being a loyal customer for a few years now and spending good money with you, to see this kind of change is beyond disappointing. Everyone needs to make a few bucks but it's one tire how much do you truly expect to make?! Loyalty apparently doesn't count for much theses days! Not to mention the disgusting responce from changing my star rating! I could have put all this out there but chose not too but after reading the original response now everyone can see what kind of business is being done at your location. Oh one last thing sense the review doesn't say my name and you new exactly who it was without me saying a thing, why not pick up the phone if you were/are truly concerned instead of sending nasty messages on Google reviews?!

I recently had a appointment for an inspection. Unfortunately I had multiple issues that caused my vehicle to need attention before passing the NY state inspection. I thought I was going to be without my car with all the issues. They called me 2 hours later and said all the work was completed. WOW and thanks.

Just as we were getting ready to leave for 7 days with our motorcoach, there was an issue with TPMS. It was ready that one ture was lower than the others and setting off an alarm. I called and asked if there was a chance that we could get in right away to have this issue looked at so we could continue our planned trip. They said that they could get us in at 1:00 PM. I drove right over there, and they we able to get us in a little before 12:30. The issue was that the tire pressures were not correct by the last dealer who replaced the TPMS sensors back in October. They inflated the tires to the proper pressure, and we were on our way in no time. When I asked how much I owe, they said nothing. That was great service above and beyond what I expected. I have had tires replaced at this location in the past on our motorcoach and have always been happy. Great job, and thank you!

I called Friday afternoon around 2:00 asking for help with a leak in my motorhome dual tire. The commercial shop supervisor, Ken, I think, told me that if I got down here right away we could fix the tire for me. I didn't believe it, but it turned out to be true. It was truly a professional experience and I highly recommend facility.

Extremely friendly staff, relatively cheap prices and fast. I showed up as a walk in bc I drove over a bolt near a construction area. Took my name and number told me I could sit and relax. They brought my car back, patched/plugged the tire and topped off all the other ones to matching psi, brought me my key and had me cashed out and gone in about 15-20 minutes. Spotless inside, big comfy leather couches and chairs. Coffee machine and water cooler. Such a great place. Puts all the other tire/ maintenance shops to shame in the area. If I ever need something done again they're my new go to. Thanks for all the help!!!!!

I went in there two times to get new tires on my jeep compass.Frist time didn't have them.So I called back and the owner tells me to come in at noon,so I did and they didn't have them again.I wasted about four hours of my time driving over and back home The second time over he had a guy working there that looked so dam tweaking out of his mind on meth.I,ll never go back to this place.i,ll pay a little extra and go to Hess tires in Andover.Hess tires come with free tire rotation every 6000 miles and I get a 70000 mile warranty.Lewis tires don't come with a warranty.I,ll never refer anyone to this place.Its a dump here and only hires drug addicts that he can hire under the table for cash.

Our family has been coming here for years and service simply cannot be beat- whether that be squeezing you in for a routine appointment or telling you to "just drop by on your way home from work and we'll come out and take a look". We truly appreciate your keeping 2 generations of Kinards safe on the roads. 7/7 I cannot say enough about this team and the lengths that they will go to be be sure that you understand everything, are happy and truly satisfied. 4/23/24 If there were 10 stars, I'd give them. Stopped in on my way to work with the need to replace my key fob battery. They did so on the spot, zero hesitation and I was off safely to start my day. This team and their stellar service is unbeatable!
