I would like to send a special shout out to Lou's diesel repair.I brought my truck to Lewis diesel. After going to 3 different mechanics.I had to get 2 new steer he told me to go.Kingpins and tie rods He told me I needed a steering pump. I got everything done. I'm and very pleased with the services. And Mrs. Vicky was always joking and making me feel at ease. I'm gonna keep coming back. Very honest and hardworking

I took my truck there and they charged me $900 and I brought it home , that night and would not start, they did not fix the problem they told me it must be something else,

Lew is fantastic and extremely knowledgeable. It has been very difficult to find a reliable diesel mechanic in the area. At this point, we are hauling all of our distribution center's off- road yard jockeys to his shop for big issues.

Where the hell did they find that lady at the front desk? They need to keep her in the shop working on trucks and put someone else at the front desk. What a terrible attitude. Not going there again.

I call this place and lady on the phone was rude and unprofessional, all she was doing was screaming at the mechanics as I'm trying to explain the situation with my truck, then she decided to take her frustration on me And to finalize she said if i show up at her shop she will call the cops on me

The lady behind the desk was very nice over the phone but in person it didn't take long to show the dark side. The mechanics went under the truck to get a quick diagnosis and she came out yelling and embarrassing them. When I asked her what the mechanics discovered she said it would be two weeks for her to give me a diagnosis. I'll end it here but things got out of control. From what I was told the mechanics are excellent but the service with that lady are not good.

Whenever my 3500 Dodge Ram diesel goes down, I take it HERE. And if something happens they are relatively quick to get on it. They diagnose the problem. Lew explains what went wrong and how it will be fixed. Vicki handles the front desk and she is a fire cracker. I highly recommend this place

Great place for most commercial vehicle repair. Vickie is a complete firecracker at the desk and Lew is an awesome guy. I see so many large trucks in and out of there so can't imagine they're not behind their name when the lot is always full!

Never go to this place, i was broke down on the roud and called to this shop, he said come to me, im available when i come he said i cannot do it until Monday or Tuesday today is Friday and i found out all parts, but anyway he cannot do it.

This place charges Triple and an extra $58 for cleaning the shop , they took my truck to shop around 1:15 pm and by 4:14 pm my truck was ready to go even after one hour mechanic was chilling they charged me for 6 hours and it’s $140 an hour.

Owner gives honest advise
