I originally called and said they had my tire in stock for $99-$120. They were going to charge $300 for one tire. Then said I couldn’t find anything cheaper and laughed at me. So I went to the next place and ended up getting 2 tires for $160. Definitely wont go back here and waste my time.

I was in and out within a hour on two tires I had shipped in. Super friendly. Great communication. Excellent staff from the front office to the back shop. Reasonable prices. Thanks guys!

Liberty Tire customer service is impeccable, everyone is so friendly and accommodating. They had my car back to me quickly, great communication about my car’s issues and reasonable cost immediately. I was sent to Liberty by my landlord that has taken his cars here for MANY years and I’ve referred my family and friends here and they’ve also had great experiences. I will be bringing my car for maintenance or any issues in the future.

My tire pressure light came on and with my car it doesn’t let you know which tire. And I just recently had a nail in my tire, bought a new one (from another shop) and was afraid there was an issue with it. Met Tom this morning, kind, nice, respectful. Checked my car for me, added air, reset my car all in 12 minutes. Reassured me nothing else was wrong but if there was something, to come back. And bc of his kindness, I will come back to Liberty whenever I need to.

My favorite alignment shop in West Los Angeles and the only one I trust to take care of my old RX-7s. After I replaced all my suspension components and bushings I took the car here knowing that they could get it taken care of while taking care of the car itself. Now the car drives straight and all the specs are within range to drive straight and minimize tire wear.

Purchased some tires on Amazon, then brought them in today 8/9/2024 to be balanced an installed. I had a very unpleasant experience with one of the technicians. He was very rude, and condescending. My car required a special tool to remove the tire lug's, which I keep in my car. After the tech used them, he left my tool bag on the hood of my car, and walked away. Definitely fell short in terms of customer service, and public relation skills. Next time I will go elsewhere, and pay a tad bit more for “great-service.” I would not recommend this establishment.

So happy I discovered this place. Needed a tire patch and was out the door in less than 15 minutes. Now I’m taking my car here for oil changes and other services as they are super quick and will text you when your car is ready. Friendly staff that I feel I can trust with my car. My go to auto shop now!

Was told from another shop that I needed a tire change for my upcoming road trip. When I arrived at Liberty after ordering tires, they truthfully told me I did not need to replace them. Can't thank them enough. Talk about customer service. Great shop.

Been going to this place for tires for 15 years. They have been consistently friendly, communicative, and caring. It's amazing how consistent they've been over the years. Old review: This is my go-to tire place. The service guys are kind and they have excellent prices. Generally very speedy as well!

Got my punctured tire fixed here after the dealership told me I needed a new tire. They were so friendly, and super fast! And the price was beyond fair. Not a place that try’s to upsell you on things you don’t need. Highly recommend.

Just found my new "Go To" for my car repair needs! These guys truly know what they are doing. Fixed my old Pontiac's AC the best it has ever been. Did it in the time they said it would take, and for the price I was quoted. Truly a PROFESSIONAL outfit and one I will recommend to others that need to have their car repaired.
