This is a place you should never go. The new owner is a huge scammer and liar. I dropped my car off here a few days ago. I told him the check engine light was on and the car was shaking. He said he would look into it. He gave me a total estimate of $2000. However, after the repairs were done, I picked the car up and the car was shaking even more when I drove it and the check engine light came back on shortly. The car was even worse, the engine was making weird noises and the car was shaking badly when I started it. I called and asked what was wrong with the car and if it was fixed. He told me this was another issue and it would cost another $3500 to fix. I later found out this was a total scam and a fraud. I took it to another mechanic I know and he said it was because of the lack of oil in the engine and he put good oil in it and cleaned the engine and the car was quiet and running fine. Luckily it was fixed for only $200. Please never go to this scam shop. they overcharges, are not honest and deceives. If you go there, you will surely regret it. Never be deceived by their kind words.

The underbody tray hung loose because a shovel laying in the highwaywent underneath the car. The guys were able to quickly fix it and didnt even charge me for it. Great service and friendly staff.

New owner this year. Biggest liar and scam artist I’ve ever met! I went there for 10 years with old owners. Newer owner charged $2K and did not fix my problem. When I went back to tell him it’s still shanking, he said “no now it’s rocking, not shaking” and quoted me another $450 for the THIRD thing he was going to try and do. I went and found the old owners new shop and turns out I was just low on trans fluid. So the third expense repair he was going to attempt wouldn't have fixed it. I’ve never written a review but I’ve also never been scammed this bad. Never go here!

I'm not even from Fort Worth and was treated so kindly and generously. Visiting a friend I had a small part from under my vehicle come loose. Lifetime Automotive was nearby and I stopped to see if they were able to help. I requested help looking under the car to see what might be loose. They examined under the car and discovered the part needed specialty nuts that they didn't have so took off the part because it is a part that isn't absolutely necessary to have to drive home to Dallas. They did this at no charge. I wish that I lived closer. We'd definitely patron this business. 5 stars.

This is the second time lifetime auto has saved me over $500 in repairs. I have an Audi which is not easy to get good work done for a fair price. Grateful I found Nour and his shop. I look forward to seeing y’all again soon.

I came here to get some control arm bushings and ball joints pressed out and new ones pressed in. Not only was I over charged for this being done but they also damaged some of the new parts that I provided and to add as well they also cracked one of the control arms. I will never come here again and now I have to spend more money to get new bushings that they damaged but also new ball joint covers. Asked a few other shops and they all seem to agree that I was over charged especially since I just brought the control arms in they weren't even on the car
