This Dominic owner guy is unbelievable. I made an appointment with them to get my car fixed. When I started to get into details about the repairs he started to talk to me like I am an idiot. Not to mention that at one point he said: “Car is older, parts might break while fixing the problem” What was that: A heads up on breaking parts and overcharge me at the end? Someone needs to keep an eye on these mechanics nowadays and implement some regulations.Also, note to Dominic: DO NOT TREAT ME LIKE I AM STUPID BECAUSE I DON’T DO THE WORK ON MY CAR.I UNDERSTAND CARS VERY WELL

We were not customers of his but Dominic took on the unfortunate job of helping us clean out an inaccessible mouse nest from under our third row seat. He was prompt, professional and incredibly generous! He was able to help us out the same day. We now know why he has such great reviews. Given that we can easily walk to his shop, I believe we found our new mechanic! There seem to be many good options on Ohio River Blvd but we can’t recommend him enough!

Fantastic experience. My tire was leaking air, and on a whim I called up this company to see if they could squeeze me in. I had an appointment the following morning. They found a nail in my tire. I was in and out in 10 minutes and paid $10. I would’ve spent four hours and $60 if I had gone to the dealer. I wish I had found this place sooner. I will be a repeat customer!

I just had my oil changed here and they went above and beyond to make sure my car was in good shape beyond the oil change and made sure I was well taken care of while I waited. Their communication was great and I’d highly recommend them. I will definitely be going back

I just went to get 3 tires mounted and balanced. They were also quick to point out I had a tail light out and fixed it too. They were very professional and friendly. I highly recommend these guys!

My vehicle was serviced at Lifetime Auto works on Monday the 18th. I am extremely impressed with Dominic and Vincent! Dominic is polite, professional, and knowledgeable. Vincent completed the repair, and he did an excellent job! He explained the repair, and he even showed me the old part. I definitely recommend this business to family, friends, and co-workers! Fair prices, knowledgeable and honest staff. One of the few shops I know of that doesnt price racket. Always reasonably accurate estimates beforehand. Never a single problem with Lifetime Auto. With out a doubt always my first choice.

These guys are the real deal, honest mechanics. I was doing laundry next door and my car died, so I walked over. They jumped me, tested my battery, replaced it right away and gave me a very fair price. I'm 100% going to come back to this shop in the future.
