Went in for an oil change. Brought my own oil and filter that I got at dealership and was quoted 25$ flat rate by the lady at the counter for the labor. Ten minutes in the mechanic comes out telling me that the oil filter that I brought was defective and that he will have to sell me one of their own which costs $15 dollars. When it came to pay the woman asked for $45 dollars which was $5 more than the initial price, she stated that she was wrong when she gave me the initial quote for the work. Before I left. I looked under the car to check to make sure they fitted the engine splash guard properly. Earlier in the month I had to buy new screws and clips because the splash shield had fallen off due to some missing screws. These clips and screws cost nearly $60 dollars at the dealer. Sure enough one clip and screw are missing. I asked the technician if he could fit the screw and clip back he stated “those were missing when you came in”. Complete bull$hit.

I have a really bad experience with this guys there, they manipulated the customers there and charged extremely high for parts and services, they requested 70$ for Mercedes Drive Belt Idler Pulley - INA, which is price is a 18$, and finally they piss me off today when they charge me 202,21$ to replace safety fuse #79 on ML350 for cigarette lighter issue! I leave the car at 9:30am and tell the Jason exactly what the need to replace, on tap of all this he said that charge for diagnostic!!

place is an absolute rip off. untrustworthy people working over there that cannot wait to try to scam you. they will try to take advantage of you as soon as they can! go anywhere else!!!

Unprofessional mechanics. You will keep going back to this place for different problems they put on your vehicle. Especially with "ball and axle." Beware.

I had one of my best mechanic experiences here. I have an old Land Rover Discovery (2000) that I keep resuscitating. This time, it needed some chassis work involving welding - a small rust hole was developing. The gas tank strap and some areas in the wheel wells needed repair as well. They did a beautiful job with it all. I went to at least 5 mechanics/body shops before who would not perform any welding work. It's very hard to find places that do such work anymore. Anyway, they do it and do it well.

I took my sisters jeep and had it serviced here. They are very honest and explained what needed to be done and didn't try to oversell me. They replaced the water pump, radiator, thermostat and a sensor and the problem was solved.

Not professional at all. Manipulated the taxes, Overcharged and horrible work the replaced wheel hub on driver side now the vehicle is damaged and makes loud grinding noise with left turns. Update: they also lost the special locking lug nut for the drivers side wheel they worked on, and then blamed it on me and now the shop is reluctant to replace.

There are plenty of locations to fix your car in this area- not only was Chuck friendly he went above and beyond to make sureit didn't take too long to get me driving with my AC at full blast again!! Thank you all so very much!!!

They replaced ball joints on my car and damaged the axel. and they over charged too.
