Service was completed earlier than promised, Delivered as promised, and the service manager, Corey Joyce, called me personally to tell me about what was done. He provided a lot of personal attention and I felt like I was a valued customer.

Corey,and All the service and tech staff are curtious, friendly and professional. Knowledgeable in the questions and concerns about our automobiles and help with answers and or suggestions. Good coffee and relaxed atmosphere. Slow down on the flat rate charge though.😁😀😭🤣🤣😂.

Service is always impeccable. Pick up and delivery after service complete is a huge plus. Only place I would have service done on my MKZ.

This was the third time out for a dead battery. The car is only 2 yrs old so that shouldn’t be an issue. The third time a car tech came out and replaced the battery. Hopefully that works.

I just purchased my car and it didn't come w a second fob. I ordered the extra from the internet. I called the dealership and they sent Nate out to program it for me. It was very convenient and Nate was very knowledgeable. I would definitely recommend. **I did take a star off because it took me 5-7 calls to get me connected to someone in the service department. Every time I called, they sent my call to service BUT it is here that I got VM. This was very frustrating not being able to talk w someone.

Decent service. The only issue was not starting our service at the scheduled time. Once we informed them we were not waiting, the service time was apparently pushed back 2 hours per the service text updates. We ended up picking the car up late in the day and in a lot of traffic. No reason to have service times.

I had a low pressure reading on front right tire.Spoke to Cory Joycewho said they would check it and a nail near the side wall that could not be plugged. My Continental is a 2019 and that tire is no longer made. The mileage is 29800. Cory suggested a new set of 4 tires which made sense since I am 92 yrs., just renewed my driver license. I will not need new tires in my future. Cory is a wonderful person to deal with and is a credit to your dealership and Lincoln . I am pleased that he recommended the new tires with balancing and wheel alignment . Great service and working with Cory. Marlyn Seehafer

I highly recommend Lincoln of Cincinnati for your Lincoln automotive needs from service to leasing or purchasing a new Lincoln vehicle. Today, I took my 2020 Lincoln MKZ in for oil change and tire rotation. It only took about an hour so I waited on it. Customer service was great. It's always nice to see my friend Arlene who is the service department hostess. (Who also leased then sold me my current MKZ when the lease was up). This is my 5th Lincoln vehicle so I'm a long time customer .. what does this tell you? I received 5 star service as I always have! Karen Bentley Cincinnati Ohio

All telephone customer service ladies were super nice and helpful. Both pick up and drop off men were very nice. I thought later I should have tipped them. You guys washed my car and cleaned the mats. That was great! Both service men I spoke to about my car for the tune up were great. Thanks so much to everyone!! GO TRUMP!!!! Sorry, can't help myself.

Cory did an amazing job making sure that the repainting and repair on my car was done correctly. He followed up on the work with the body shop and kept me informed of progress. I highly recommend Lincoln of Cincinnati’s Service Department and Cory!!!!
