This place is a "God send". The owner is amazing and a master mechanic. I couldn't figure out exactly what was wrong with my vehicle and after taking it here my vehicle was running better than when I first purchased it. The staff is friendly and very welcoming also. These guys are professionals.

Been living in Chicago for 5 years and wherever I’ve lived in the city, this has been my mechanic. Carmelo has helped me deal with all kinds of issues big and small in my car over the years with transparency and very fair pricing. When my windshield shattered I was able to call them and get a great recommendation for a local auto glass place as well.

I am fortunate to live walking distance from the wonderful family-owned Lincoln Square Service. Carmelo, his son and his wife have always been friendly, fast, professional and most importantly, honest. They have repaired my old Honda Pilot and now take excellent care of my Volvo XC90 and their prices are extremely reasonable. I can’t say enough wonderful things about this business. 100% recommend their auto repair services to absolutely anyone and everyone!

They have serviced Honda, Kia, Toyota, Suzuki and Hyundai vehicles for me, always with respect, care, detail, honesty and transparency. I would (and do!) recommend them to anyone looking for auto work to be done. So grateful to have found them so many years ago!

Can’t recommend enough - I know nothing about cars, asked a million questions, and could have easily been taken advantage of but everyone was so patient and kind, and explained everything to me. Brought my car in at 8am on a monday morning because my heat wasn’t working and to get an oil change - called me by 2 to explain everything and i picked up my car by 430!!! So amazing, won’t be going anywhere else!

Was told it would cost 150 to replace 1 headlight bulb and 1 brake light bulb because it would take 2 hours to finish the job. Luckily I knew that changing bulbs doesn’t actually take that much time so I walked out. Went to Ashland Tire was charged 23 dollars and it took less than 30 minutes. Needless to say this place tried to overcharge me.

When I woke up in the morning and discovered I had a flat tire and no spare and no tools. I drove across the street and was able to get my vehicle back the same day! The price was fair, and the staff was incredibly friendly. Would recommend.

Kind and knowledgeable staff. I grew up holding the flashlight for my dad and eventually doing my own auto work. Without a garage of my own, I had to scour the lands for a mechanic that was nearby, reliable, and reasonably priced. Lincoln Square Service is what I found. I've had different vehicles serviced here on multiple occasions. 10/10 would recommend.

Carmelo did a great job diagnosing what was wrong with my brakes and AC! His son, Jonathan, who works the front desk is always super friendly and helpful. Reasonable prices and speedy turnaround! If you’re in the area, this is the place to get your car fixed!
