Nin is the man. My battery was completely dead from the cold weather and a normal jump start was not working. Nin came out free of charge with his battery pack and got my car running. Really appreciate his help. I will be taking my car there for any further fixes.

Amazing service from the very beginning till the end. Outstanding customer service, kindness and professionalism. Nothing was overpriced and every single labor done or part replaced was elaborately explained beforehand and on the bill. Everything was done in a quick and yet extremely professional manner. I want to keep sharing the good news about Tony and his crew! They did it again (Jan, 2025); really taking the time to troubleshoot my older car's problem. They're a trusting auto service center that we really appreciate; that means a lot these days! Adding to my prior review: Tony did it again this morning! Tightened up my battery's connection so I would have no more start-up problems. And he did not charge me for this service. Just amazing! We have been coming here for years and will continue to do so. Much gratitude! I brought my car in for what I thought was a minor problem. However, upon viewing my car on the lift with Tony, I learned it was actually a major problem and made my car unsafe to carry a passenger. I appreciated his taking out the time to troubleshoot and explore possible repair options. His focus was on safety and he helped me to sort through my decision - all done without charge. Very grateful and will continue being a return customer!

These guys saved my life! My car alarm kept going off randomly for several days, and I couldn't figure out why. I was so stressed about disturbing my neighbors (especially when the alarm would go off at like 4am 🤦‍♀️😭) I needed to get it taken care of quickly, and these guys looked into it for me and were really kind and understanding. Turns out the hood latch was corroded and causing the problem. They replaced it for me and my street has been nice and quiet ever since. Me and my neighbors thank you for your quick and kind service. 🙇‍♀️

Tony and his team were recommended by a friend of mine. Tony was able to fit me in on a busy day, diagnose my problem and explain it easily and service my car quickly and at a fair price. Christmas Eve at 9 in the morning, I’m in the middle of a cross-country road trip and these guys stopped what they were doing to fix my 1990 Buick’s ancient turn signals. Gave me coffee, exchanged stories, even shed some blood after getting cut on one of the bulbs AND then didn’t even let me pay. If you want your faith in humanity restored, bring your car here. Even if there’s nothing wrong with it, bring it here and meet some real local legends. If you don’t have a car, go get one. And then bring it here.

These guys are the best! We were lucky enough to move in across the street and they have been taking care of our cars ever since our first interaction, when they honestly told us an issue was better served by a transmission shop. They’ve helped us out with several minor things in a pinch as well as larger repairs. Tony and his guys are all very nice, the prices are fair and the work is done really quickly. I don’t feel taken advantage of and they don’t press you to make repairs with scare tactics. A+ and we will be using Lincoln Wilson as long as we are in Chicago!

This service center is great! After visiting another mechanic and being told I needed a ton of work done, these mechanics were a breath of fresh air. They didn't try to pad the bill or add a bunch of stuff to charge me more. I will be going to them exclusively going forward.

Tony and his crew are the best. Whether it’s an oil change, brakes or an unforeseen problem these mechanics are always knowledgeable, efficient and friendly. Our family feels grateful to have this garage as part of the neighborhood. I’ve recommended them to countless friends. The service and prices can’t be beat.

Best experience I have ever had a car auto shop. Ever!! I am so used to waiting forever, for car repairs taking days, for getting charged for who knows what, but this was the opposite experience I normally have: I brought in my car like right before they closed on a Saturday and they replaced and fixed my front lights within like 10 minutes. They didn't try to get me to pay for any nonsense, as other car shop places always tell you to do. Phin and Marco helped me out -- they were wonderful! So nice and did such a great job. I cannot recommend this place highly enough! I am going to recommend it to friends and family for sure.

Great experience Lincoln Wilson Service is the place to go for car care. We had an issue with an engine sound and was able to be seen the next morning. Turns out there wasn't a problem and I was not charged for it being checked. Decided to have the oil changed while my car was there and was able to use a coupon that Lincoln Wilson Service offers! Same price as Jiffy Lube.

My sister and I both take our cars here. We know the work is going to be top notch and they won’t try and take advantage of us. No over charging or insisting unneeded work be done. Recently they found a safety issue with my car and were able to fix it asap. So from my new baby and me - thank you!
