I had a fantastic experience with Lindberg Collision and will be recommending them to anyone who asks. My Kia was rear-ended by a truck and the other party's insurance of course wanted to send me to their own shop where they would use after-market parts instead of genuine (OEM) parts. I saw the great reviews with Lindberg and gave them a call. I asked if they would use genuine Kia parts and they assured me they always try to and will help me navigate the insurance company. They sent a tow truck to pick up my car at my convenience and then got to work on my car. They handled the insurance company and worked with the local Kia dealership to price-match genuine Kia parts with what the insurance was willing to cover. My Kia was repaired with all Kia parts and looks as good as new! They matched the paint perfectly and it was like I had just driven off the lot! Thank you Lindberg Collision team!

I had an great experience with Lindbergh Collision Shop! From start to finish, their customer service went above and beyond. I worked with Alexis and she was amazing! they also kept me updated on the status of my vehicle. The staff was friendly, professional! They even took care of some extra details I hadn’t expected, which really impressed me. The repairs were completed on time, and my car looked as good as new. I highly recommend Lindbergh Collision Shop for anyone in need of quality auto repairs and outstanding customer service!

Don’t believe the good reviews. They offer you a free detail if you leave a good review. First they lied to me about helping me get a discounted rental car. Then the owner Tracey told me several times that my car would be done at a certain time, but it wasn’t.Also someone working on my car stole something out of it and the owner told me that it was my fault for leaving the item in the car.

I took some time before writing this review because I wanted to see if I or anyone else noticed any flaws in the repair work on my Lexus RX 350 after picking it up. No, it looks and operates as good as new! After someone sideswiped my car, I took it to a couple collision centers for estimates. The first one failed to notice some of the damage and the second quoted an estimate that seemed excessively high. Then my insurance agent recommended Lindberg Collision Center. It was a bit far from my home but I saw they have an A+ BBB rating and great reviews. I now know why: The owner, Tracy, and his courteous and professional employees arranged for my rental vehicle, confirmed all aspects of payment in advance, completed the work at a reasonable price, kept me fully informed throughout the process, and gave me a perfectly repaired vehicle. I was in need of a minor autobody repair. I spoke with my insurance company and they provided a list of repair shops. I chose the one nearest to my home. The process to obtain a quote was an ordeal and frustrating. I pondered a bit and decided to get a second quote hoping that their process would be much simpler. I visited Lindberg Collision Center and received a quotation without any fanfare. We were able to schedule a repair of the following week. Their service lived up to their Impression. They kept me abreast of the progress and were very pleasant and efficient. My car was returned in pristine condition. Over a year ago I lost my favorite pen which I could never find and finally gave up on a purchased replacement. To my surprise when I picked up my car the pen was sitting on the console. What a treat!! Thank you, Lindberg Collision!!

Worst customer service experience of my life. The original job was quoted at 7 days and $1,000, instead it took 3 weeks and $1,700. I had to call an inquire almost daily and kept getting false promises of when the vehicle would be ready. The job didn't change, just incompetence from Lindberg and his team. Lastly, when the vehicle was complete, they left a giant bright green marker stain on the driver seat of the interior. The owner was very rude (other reviews mention he cussed them out). I would avoid this place like the plague.

After talking with my insurance adjuster, Lindbergh Collision was in the top three repair services in my area. After my car was picked up and delivered, arrangements were made for me to come in to review the work that was going to have completed on my car. A few days later I went in we completed the review for the repair list and a couple of days later I got called with an eta for pick up of my car. The Lindbergh organization that handled my baby treated me with such a friendly ffamily environment that I will reccommend them to anyone that asks me about repair services. My baby looks and runs great. Thanks Lindbergh Collision!

If I could leave 10 stars I would. Very professional, understanding, caring, fast paced! This collision center was recommended to me after I was rear ended. Others shops would take up to 2 months repairing my car, I was super impressed with getting my car back less than a week! Valerie was very helpful getting us a rental while my car was being fixed (That was one of the top priorities for us since I am under 25yr old, some rental car companies don’t lend their cars unless 25 or older.) Shannon was very helpful as well, she took pictures of all the damages. Went over all the repairs & replace parts. Lastly, they gave us a free paint bottle for any future touch ups!!!

Their staff is professional and so helpful. Their work impeccable. Our truck repair was done fast, and they even finished before a week before the scheduled due date. Clean work, truck looks brand new. Not to mention, they provide towing truck and even help with the rental company. Excellent experience.

Extravagant mechanic shop!! My car was repaired in a timely manner and returned more than pleasing to the eye. They glossed up the whole exterior that got rid of dirt/bugs that no car wash could get off! Interior was also returned cleaned with a heavenly scent that’s still strong in my car a day later. The owner gave me a free bottle of car paint to markup any scratches! My car looks brand new from the inside out, wouldn’t even be able to tell there was any damage done! The staff and owner were so nice and professional. The aroma of the business is a homey feeling 🏡They accommodated me right away and also had me in and out in no time. They even gave me a ride back home after dropping my car off, saving me $$ . I’m highly pleased and grateful for the services done for me and recommend this shop to everyone!

I was very satisfied with the service provided by the Lindberg Collision family. They gave me a 2 week eta on getting my car back and they did exactly that. When I picked up my car it had been vacuumed inside and completely washed on the outside. I felt as if I got a brand new car again. They made me feel at home and made the process super easy with fair pricing. The building is also family friendly. I highly recommend this place

Like many of you, my car was involved in a car accident. When provided the list of repair shops that the insurance company supported, I literally picked at random loosely guided by proximity. Typically, I am the type that conducts deep research into reviews/comments. I did none of that due to TIME. Little did I know that I hit the JACKPOT on collision centers. From the first call to the drop off to the pick up--truly impressive customer service. Absolutely seamless. If you are on the unfortunate journey (like me) of needing collision services, do NOT pick at random--pick Lindberg Collision. You will thank me.

Excellent experience with Tracy and Shannon. They went above and beyond to repair my Truck to its original state after it was stolen. Additionally, I was unable to pick up the truck for an extended period of time after the repairs were completed and they were wonderfully accommodating and understanding in holding the truck until I could get back to DFW. Great experience! I got rear ended and Allstate sent me to another car repairs shop who told me they weren’t able to repair my car due to prior damage. I took my car here and they were able to repair it with no issues. Great customer service, highly recommend!!!

These guys went above and beyond. We had a great experience getting the car repaired from hail damage by the folks at Lindberg in June. My son was back in college in August and noticed a loose inside door panel while driving his car in College Station, Tx. When I called to ask Tracy Lindberg if he had a recommendation of someone down there who could fix it, he said he would check around and find someone there he felt he could trust. After finding the repair shop in CS in less than a day, Tracy also covered the entire cost of reinstalling the loose panel. This is an example of the kind of great, long term service you get from the folks at Lindberg.

This place was recommended to me after my daughter was in a car accident and we needed to have the vehicle repaired. The process was quick and after getting the vehicle back the car looked almost brand new again. When my daughter saw it she couldn’t believe how good it looked.
