I stopped in to get a flat tire fixed on a weekday afternoon. I was able to drop my car off, go back to work, and pick my car up at the end of the day. The price for the repair was good and the service was excellent.

I appreciate they only did what they said they were going to do and did not try to get other work done. Took a little longer, but I am sure they were short staffed.

Highly recommend. Walked in for an emissions inspection and they got it done in less than 10 mins. Super friendly.

Took my car there for a power steering pump replacement and 420.00 later pump still leaking and shorted out my ac compressor. Will not fix it or refuny money. Im turning it over to my attorney. Very negelent shade tree mechanics. Do not ever go there!!!!

JJ at the front desk was knowledgeable and very friendly. My vehicle was fixed in a timely manner as well as inexpensive for the work done. I would definitely recommend this place.

I have went to this repair shop with all 3 of my vehicles and has always been very friendly staff and repaired my car at a reasonable price. Highly recommend and Dave the owner very nice guy always explains everything to me that they found during diagnostic time and his son Jason as well. Never have acted like they are too busy for me or any customer while I have been waiting for my car. Great service I guess that's why they have been in business so many years.

Just have my truck with them, they are great very nice and easy going people. Very understanding and frustration free people. They fixing all my problems on my truck and making sure they give me a constant update on everything they doing or going on. Would go out their again for sure in the future. Thank you so much guys. Every single person I talk to was very good. And what I liked even more that the lady could relate to cars problems and how she knows it's frustrating enough. I would recommend to friends and family. Thank you guys!

I own a service business, and after my terrible experience talking with "Dave" at the service desk, I was determined to find, via the internet, the owner's name and talk to him about just how bad his manager was running his business. Rather than burning my business in public, I would always hope to get a chance to speak with a disgruntled customer and make things right. However...according to the only reliable source I could find, "Dave" is the owner, so here comes the negative review! Between business and home, I have 14 vehicles, so I feel I have a lot to offer as a customer to a repair shop. I once had a windshield replaced here for $200, which was a deal, and I was happy with it. I had my manager call this place last week to inquire about getting new windshields on two company cars. She tells me the guy tells her "I'm really busy right now, can you call me back in a 1/2 hour." She says OK, calls back, leaves a message, and never gets a return call. I tell her that we've been guilty of forgetting to call someone back before, so I'm going to give them the benefit of the doubt. So I go visit the place today in an effort to get pricing for the new windshields and for work on two of my personal cars. I walk in and talk to "Dave," the apparent owner. I told him I had 4 cars that need work right now, could he please give me some ballpark pricing so I know what I'm in for before I start bringing in the cars. Dave says "I'm real busy right now, so I can't help you right now, but what do you need?" Was he at least pleasant in his tone...no, more like I was a big bother for him at the moment. I tell him what I think is the problem with the first car...he says $120 upfront charge to diagnose the problem. I said OK, when you figure out what is wrong, then you charge me to fix the problem, and the $120 is rolled into that? NO, the $120 stays on the ticket regardless. We try to talk about other things, but he is just downright adversarial about everything. Finally, I said this isn't going well, I was trying to give you the benefit of the doubt after you didn't call us back, but I think I just need to go somewhere else. He just says, OK, thanks, bye. It was one of the worst customer service situations I've been involved in. I walked out thinking I've got to contact the owner and let him know just how bad this Dave guy is hurting his business. Given that Dave is the owner, and he's always too busy to talk, I guess he's got all the business he can handle. On the bright side, my experience with Dave has made me appreciate the three great managers I have working in my business.
