My car was here for almost a month and the customer service was terrible. We had an appointment to bring in my car July 29th to get a new front bumper, grill, and paint job after someone had hit it. We came prepared with all the insurance details and estimate we had gotten from them. The first week of my car being there they did absolutely nothing because they could not properly send the supplement to the insurance company properly. We had to call every day to communicate with them and the insurance company because both people wouldn’t communicate with each other, my family and I were stuck in the middle of handling everything. They’ve had to send several supplements and nothing would’ve happened if me and my family hadn’t called everyday. Finally yesterday, me and my dad were over it and we went in to find out my car was actually done and they hadn’t called us to come pick it up because they refused to give me my car since insurance hasn’t approved the supplement. My dad was confrontational and they eventually let us take my car home yesterday. We didn’t even get an apology or a sorry for the inconvenience we’ve been through for the past month. Me and my family won’t be coming back here.

I had an excellent customer service experience with Lindsay Auto Body. They kept me up-to-date on each process that my repairs were going through. And the preop specialist Chloe was really wonderful to work with.

Great service and attention to detail. They worked with me on making sure that repairs could be completed after I was hit by another driver and maintaining the goal of lowest out of pocket possible. Autumn and the front team were outstanding! Highly recommend.

Very clean shop ...very informative....everyone was pleasantly nice on the phone ...and I enjoyed the portal to see the step by step on the work that was being done to the vehicle if there are future needs I'll be back..

Good quality work. Time management was horrible. Waited a month to get my car in and the another week and a half before they even looked at it. I could have been driving my car for that time while they did nothing. Instead I was stuck with my rental.

I highly recommend Lindsay Body Shop for anyone who needs quality car repairs. They did an amazing job on my son’s 2017 BMW 340 I, which had some serious damage after a hit and run incident. They were able to use factory parts, the staff was friendly, professional, and honest. They were amazing at keeping me updated on the progress of the repairs and finished the job quicker than expected. My son was thrilled to see his car looking like new again. If I could give a higher score I would! My experience with Lindsay Auto Body has been amazing. I primarily work with Codie and he keeps me well updated with every vehicle I’ve brought for repairs. His communication and customer service is impeccable. Working with Chloe has been amazing too. I want to give kudos to the body and paint technicians as well. The work I’ve seen is absolutely beautiful. I’ve already recommended friends, coworkers, and customers to bring their vehicles to Lindsay if they ever need any body repairs. Again, I couldn’t be any more pleased with my experience.

Was going to take my vehicle in for collision repair as a new customer, but the lady that answered my call this evening was very rude and I will not be calling back to proceed any future business. She is answering the phone like an automated robot so people don't leave a msg, then hangs up on them. I would suggest training a different approach and maybe identifying herself when answering after hours to gain more business

Car looked brand new after repairs from an accident. Even the inside was completely detailed. The staff was great throughout. They explained the entire process & what to expect, kept me informed, and took care of a reservation issue between a 3rd party car rental and my insurance.

Don't no how they got such a good rating never seen Ed. I seen JB Hess and he acted like he could or did careless about getting my business. Extremely rude and unprofessional. My $5000.00 dollar job will be going to 3C body. It will be done before he could even call me back to set up my appointment. Which he never did.

Our car was there for weeks without any work done. Was told multiple times our car was next but it was never worked on...if you are private pay and don't have a rental...I would suggest taking your vehicle somewhere else. The customer service was great (In terms of friendliness not accuracy of info) but the speed of work was poor.
