Terrible scam artist don't take your car there they be fast talking lying don't know what the talking bout over booking cars can't find the real problem I wouldn't play with that ever again Terrible experience didn't tell me nothing but what i told them from the beginning tried to get me to spend money on something I did not need My car was there november the fifth two thousand twenty four Three days and they still did not diagnose the problem Wanted to charge me 380 through my warranty. And still had to pay forty five dollars for nothing

Worst place in the city...went in with oil light on dash. Got credit for new tires,$900+ and even with Carshield Platinum warranty I was out over $3600 in cash. Carshield didn't cover the electrical issue I went in for, and to top it all off I now have a steering wheel lock light on my dash..SMH, never again

Don't BRING YOUR CAR HERE!!!! SCAM ARTISTS! MONEY GRAB! BROUGHT MY CAR HERE TO FIX THE POWER STEERING LEAK... Total $2,000; w/6 month warranty. One week later still LEAKING. Brought it back and they say it's not under warranty. Wanted to charge me over 400 to repair that. I EMPHATICALLY do not RECOMMEND ANYONE TO BRING YOUR VEHICLE HERE!

On Thursday unfortunately my Escalades Wiring harness came loose and got tore up real bad so I thought my truck was done totaled out Al & Joe really took care of me helped me tow my truck to their location and worked magic!! All I can say is wow they saved my vehicles life! From the front counter, the mechanics, and the cool older fella who will shuttle you home & back the shop was top notch service / they truly care about their customers. What a great group of guys who went well above and beyond to get my Escalade back on the road - to my people around this shop do yourselves the favor and let them fix your ride. It’s done right the first time every time with them!!!! Highly recommended!!!!

I had my truck towed to them to get only a estimate,they gave me a ridiculous estimate.so I didn't advise them to do anything to my vehicle,they told me that they fix the electrical and I have to pay for it,I never advised them to fix anything and now they keeping my vehicle for hostage.

Charged me 3 times what my parts cost for labor and just want you to finance to get more money out of you didn’t even come to get nothing but a oil change and brakes done and they wanted 1000 if you don’t got the money to finance on your repair I wouldn’t definitely go here also Just got my brakes, rotors, and control arm waited all day with my two younger kids and baby & cars in front of me just for them to charge me $1000 they try to scam you by telling you a quote just making up price theywant u2 finance and don’t even look out, they want to get over cause I’m female, I could have went somewhere where my money mattered my car broke down tonight after just having a full inspection done and something wrong with tire I cannot see! This is worst place I’ve been ever I never been more dissatisfied and disappointed in service and time wasted their and my time on a tow truck tonight with my babies in car they just money hungry not worried about safety at all

BEWARE!!! I paid them $1250 to fix my car and they never did. They claimed to have fixed it but I had the same problem. My car stayed in their shop from October 7th- November 29th and the car is still not fixed. After going back and forth for a month and a half after they claimed they fixed my car they tried to charge me an additional $895. I asked for an invoice showing what the repairs were and the manager Z told me he couldn’t give me an invoice to showcase the new repairs because it was covered under the same warranty as the original repair. I was confused as to how you could charge me for something that was covered under the same warranty. I told him that didn’t make sense and he replied that the problem I was having was not a new problem. It was the same problem that caused me to bring my car to the shop in the first place. So how are you trying to charge me an additional $895? THEY WILL RIP YOU OFF AND I HAVENT BEEN ABLE TO DRIVE MY CAR SINCE OCTOBER. Before i brought my car there the problem was mild they messed my cat up so bad it won’t start and is not drivable. I wasted $1250.00 and the way the economy is money is tight. PLEASE DO NOT GET AND CAR REPAIRS DONE HERE.

Livernois.....I already left a message for bbb do not get your car fixed here they will not fix your problem.... I went in had it put on autozone and their diagnostic machine as well. I needed a tune up, I didn’t have the loot for a (major tune up)so the guy said he could get my engine light off and for it to stop shaking at a lower price (basic tune up) they gave me an undetailed receipt. The next day my engine light was back on and shaking even harder. I went back asked for a detailed receipt and all they did was change my ignition coil . I was told I wouldbe getting a basic tune up they would not refund me my money or just fix the problem another guy said he dose not care what the other mechanic told me I have to pay for the major tune up if I wanted my car fixed. I was charged 353 all together I will never go here again# I’m going to do my best to do something about it update ya all soon 0 stars…thief’s

So disgusting I didn't want to pay the insane amount they wanted so I wanted to pay and go and they broke the connectors that have to do with the fusbox as that is what the other mechanic shop just let me know and I am disgusted.
