This has to be the most unprofessional auto repair shop in West Hollywood. I’ve had to call numerous times to set up an appointment repair, unanswered calls and text messages. So I went in and spoke with someone named Oscar. I made the appointment again, he gave me a date for repair and when I went there to drop off car Oscar informed me that there’s no availability and I’ve been trying to plan this for weeks, I had only one day off and it was a waste. He still didn’t reply back to the txt, until I said I’m bad review yu, he texted back saying I can refer you to someone else. Hahaha! So no business and now I’m filing a ‘discrimination suit’ etc with the business. Lived in Hollywood for 10 years and never had a problem with that location until it went under new management. Anyway I hope this helps Queen & Kings. 👌🏽

Good honest prices and well explained. I feel good being a female going there. I comparison shopped and they had better prices fast and friendly service for my new brakes. I will go here again for my future service. Luis was very helpful.

Luis is the man! My brake lights came on he was able to change them in no time for a great price. Got me back on the road asap. Will be back for any car related issues.

I chose this shop because of the great reviews. Went to the shop at 8AM. Had an exhaust leak. My car was way louder than normal when idling and accelerating. Shop owner spotted the source within minutes. Repaired in less than an hour. Reasonable price to repair. I can feel the improvement when accelerating and car shifts. In my opinion my car in running way quieter than before I noticed the leak. Will return for future repairs.

I went to Honda dealer and was told by a sales man that this problem is going to cost $1300 dollars when I just wanted an oil change. So I went to this place because of the last experience with Luis was great. First of all ,he has really nice personality. He is polite,nice,talks slowly, he does not act like he’s busy but instead he listened to me what the problem was and very honest. And Of course he does great job too!! He is really great at diagnosing problems!! This time he found out to fix my car in a different way and saved easily over $1000! I can’t appreciate enough to this man. Thank you Luis again and sorry for the late review. I’ll definitely come back to you!

Luis is wonderful. Just had my first experience there last week and I will definitely be coming back for future repairs/maintenance. I have always gone to my dealer in the past and man what a rip they are! Luis was honest, thorough and a fair price. Thank you so much for your help.

They will lie to you. A guy works for AAA took me there he said “this thing is very easy to fix, will only cost $80 at most,” but then it turned out $500... I asked, “where did you fix? Where is previous parts? “They only told me, “your car’s parts were broken, so we already threw them away.”

Louis is the best mechanic ever! We were visiting Santa Monica and our alternator went out. The alternator ended up being a hard one to get to (VW Jetta) but he made sure that our repairs were done same day so we could get back on the road to AZ. Good price, great service, and he really saved our bacon. Can't recommend this shop enough.
