Paid 100 dollars for used tires and was told they balanced them. When I leave they weren’t balanced. I come back in the morning and they tell me I had to have paid to balance. Why would they let me leave like that! I could have an accident. Then they charged me and extra 20 to do it! Never will I come back

This place is real good when it comes to tires been here twice since I moved to Dallas and the service here was Awesome. And trust me I ain't no lame bot either. Highly recommend

We went late at night we are happy that thy was open 24/7 we need to go out of town we purchased 2 tires they only complaint we have and it's big was we think he used old Jack's he jacked upped both front tires and the Jack's started going down click by click we told the guy he said you ok the the right side started clicking down we was happy that we got it done they might need to update the Jack's

I cannot even begin to tell you how disappointing this place is. I was under the understanding that I was buying a used tire. I got the tire put on from them and the tire eventually went low 2 hours away from home I had to hire somebody to come and change my tire to find out that the tire had a plug in it. I finally got back home after every 20 minutes I'm stopping to get are which was two dollars a pop. I went back to the gas station and asked them what they're going to do about this. I had to put the bad tire on the back because I couldn't drive 2 hours from home on the front tire on a front wheel drive that was bad when I got to the tire shop I asked him to please put the bad tire that they fixed on the front again. They refuse to do that without me paying $5 more. They not only put my life in danger it cost me a weekend of work and a mantle of money at the air pump machines. And I did not even get an apology

Pulled up at 1am cause i had a flat only for them to tell me no cards zelle or cashapp only cash.. like its 2024 get with the movement !!! Not everybody carries cash especially at 1AM.

Just want to say Thank you very much to the guy that helped me Saturday night, my tire pressure light came on, didnt know what to do got off Freeway trying to find a gas station (with working air) some reason I was in front of this tire shop was surprised that it was open at 12am!! The guy checked my tires put air.. Had no cash but a dollar in my son s wallet.. He gracefully accepted. Im going back to tip him.. As I was coming from Ft Worth and still had a long way to home..
