Do not go there they will steal your money!! I went there to switch out a rim and they put it on the wrong side, so I went back so they could fix it but some guy there claiming he was the owner said they would have to charge me again and more than the last time!! When I told him that it was their mistake he told one of the guys working there to switch back the tires and pretty much left it the same way it was when I got there! I offered to pay again a reasonable price but he didn’t want to hear it, so what type of business is this where the people in charge won’t honor their work!! Save yourself a head ache and go somewhere else!!!!!

Great place, I’m amazed with there services here I have been coming to llantera del centro for years and as a loyal customer I must say that I highly recommend them!!!. Lifts,tires,rims…..etc.

I had an awful experience at Llantera El Centro. They made me wait forever, and it was obvious that they had no idea what they were doing. The staff seemed clueless and unprofessional. When I complained about their poor work, the owner just told me that if I didn’t like it, I should go somewhere else. On top of that, they charge outrageous prices for their terrible service. I wouldn’t recommend this place to anyone! Tuve una experiencia horrible en Llantera El Centro. Me hicieron esperar una eternidad y era obvio que no tenían ni idea de lo que estaban haciendo. El personal parecía desorientado y poco profesional. Cuando reclamé por su mal trabajo, el dueño simplemente me dijo que si no me gustaba, que me fuera a otro lugar. Además, cobran precios exorbitantes por su pésimo servicio. ¡No recomendaría este lugar a nadie!

Do not come here for a alignment that came after a rack and pinion job they were supposed to align the car been driving and still felt crappy took it elsewhere and fixed it right

I honestly don’t understand how anyone could give this place less than five stars. All the workers were very kind and quick to get what I needed done. They had me in and out so FAST! And the prices are so affordable!! If you need new or used tires, this is definitely the place I would recommend!

Horrible spot. Went to get an alignment and waited almost 2 hours before they said that my car was too low. So then went home and took the bumper off went back waited another hour or so then they closed.

Bought 4 new toyo At3 tires from them and 1 of the tires popped with not even 80 miles on it, I brought the tire back and they said they couldn't do anything about it since it was ran flat. Tire had no holes or punctures on it. Store Owner said he would send the tire to toyo or the wholesaler to try and get a warranty claim. After two weeks he said it got denied, which i believe was a lie. I daily commute by this tire shop and had seen the tire in the same place I left it everyday I drove by. Aside from getting bad tires, bad service and being lied too I come to find out their 90 day same as cash through ACIMA is a lie, A lie cause the tire shop takes advantage of this program to screw customers over without ACIMAS knowledge. I would like to help other people not get screwed over by this tire shop so if anyone is using the lease option please make sure to do the following. The same goes with any other leasing program they have. Following information was provided from customer service. 1. Acima charges you taxes through your final buyout or on your payments which is set at 8.3%. I mention this because Llantera el Centro added an estimated 13% fee described as taxes to the final amount sold to Acima Lease. This results on the customer paying tax twice on tires. 2. Aside from paying twice on taxes the 13% taxes is way above the 8.3% sales tax set by Mesa, AZ. The way they explain it is 8.3% taxes plus 5% service fee. Resulting in 13.3% fee. 3. Once given a price make sure they don't add any markups as they are going against Acima contract and pocketing all extra funds. 4. All deals should be treated as cash deals. Startup fees and taxes are paid directly to acima via the app or online any transactions completed in store are going to the shop and not acima. 5. Before you sign anything make sure they give you an itemized receipt with the tire shops info. At time of purchase I did ask for one but they only provided me with the one from Acima. 6. Take the time to call Acima or lease company as the information they are providing is false. Trying to find a resolution Acima was willing to remove the taxes from lease buyout if I provided a proof of purchase/Itemized receipt. I went back to the store asked for an itemized receipt and was denied. Owner was upset and started screaming then faced up to me when I said he was cheating people out of money. If owner has any sort of reply stating that any of this is false I would like for him to upload the video of the scenario as they have plenty of cameras at the shop on 7/16/24 from 3:35-3:52pm. Incident and transaction has been reported to Acima as they are doing bad business and going against their sales contract.

Amazing people, Amazing service. Alma, Pablo and all the workers are so kind and helpful! They helped me with rim change, tire sensors, air conditioning, even replace my grille and other pieces! I am so grateful and definitely a great place! Thank you!

I bought four new tires from this place and not even hours later my tire exploded, please don’t come here. They will try to scam you out of your money. and try to make it seem like you’re the problem.

Pague por llanta nueva y me dieron una usada que aparte tenía un clavo, se lo señale al señor y solo dijo que estaba bien que la podían parchar, yo acepte pensando que me la venderian como una usada pero igual me cobraron como si fuera llanta nueva, zero profesionalismo por parte del personal

I love this place, very reasonable pricing. Super fast I believe this place is underrated for how they care for their community with their prices. They've definitely earned my one stop shop from used to new tires all the way to the engine bay. And Alma is a very nice lady who is always willing to answer your questions and if she doesn't know she'll make sure you get the correct answer! If you have doubts just go there and see for yourself.

My goodness I must say!!!! Caught a flat on Expressway. Called for tow truck! I went to the location ( Tires2Go) that didn’t have my tire size in stock. The tire agent at the location where my truck was dropped off gave me a temporary tire (so kind) thanks Josh! He sent me to this 5 star awesome and kind location and they were just amazing!!!!! Got my foxy a brand new shoe and they sent me on my way. Thank you from the bottom of my heart. Understand this….. when women are out and something go down with their vehicle be still and pray guarantee Yahweh will send you to the right people! Brought my car in for alignment I asked if they would check it before any work was performed and of course they said yes however they failed to mention there was a $40 charge for the inspection and the guy had a picture of my license plate on he's phone and while he was on the phone he was reading my plate number to whoever was on the line. The $40 gets applied to any work they do. Not transperant.

RUN AWAY!!! DO NOT GO HERE!!!! My boyfriend was so broke, but we had tires running on Fix A Flat so we went to this shop where they charged us $90 for 3 used tires. After leaving, our tire sensor light was on and there was still a bubble in one tire. We spent the last of our money and could tell they didn't even change the tires. He took the car back and told them it did not look like the tires were changed out and they said if you give us $40 we'll take a look. He said F that and we had to drive on messed up tires for another 2 months. Thank goodness for taxes, we got brand new wheels at another shop who confirmed that the wheels were still full of fix a flat and the tire sensor was rolling around inside the wheel. DO NOT GIVE THESE THIEVES YOUR MONEY!!!

toxic dangerous chemicals they released in the air because some prick was burning his tires inside their shop it was a huge cloud of smoke and burnt rubber being released toxic to ones lungs. I hope you're business goes under one of these days.
