Needed air on my tire and tell me why the guy told me to do it myself honestly not worth it. I came to this tire shop to get air because I don’t know how to do it. What makes you think I’m gonna do it myself one star thank you. And the guy was on his phone and another car pulled up and he was not assisting anyone this event happened on December 1 at 1:10 AM

Espero y el dueño o la dueña puedan ver este post ya que es un servicio las 24 horas. Pase por que necesitaba un parche en una de las llantas y era el único que estaba en ese momento y el señor que estaba en ese momento muy rodamiento me dijo QUE QUIERE a lo cual conteste que un parche en una de las llantas pero que tenia que esperar 30 minutos y que movuera mi carro esto paso el 11/19/2025 entre las 12:15 am y las 12:30am muy mal servicio necesitan jalarte las orejas a los empleados que tienen.

Before I go on with my complaint, I need to let it be know that I am a Hispanic woman however, my daughter and my husband are African-American. They were at this tire shop and they sat there as they were being overlooked so that other Hispanic people can get serviced and when asked, what was taking so long and they should be next they were told if you don’t like it go somewhere else this is the most de-grading kind of Service that any human can get I will not stop expressing myself about this company from here on forward

Do not go to this place if you are an american citizen they will make sure to make you wait while they rush to get the spanish speakers 1st no matter how long they leave you waiting I was 5th in line and after they helped 10 people that arrived after me finally got help after i raised concern on how i was treated they did a very poor job at repairing my tire over inflated my rire (i was stuck w a flat at 7pm on a sunday ) putting my family at risk because they dont like people that are not from Mexico.if I could give a negative 5 stars I would click that ish

I came to this tire shop to get 4 tires installed! Worst experience ever. The kid that was taking the wheels off kept hammering the socket on the lugs which made one of the studs to come lose and couldn’t remove the wheel. They installed 3 of the 4 tires on and when I came back the next day to get the 4th one installed after I spent 3 hours removing the wheel because of that kid. The guy working here said I need to come back 3 hours later cause I didn’t pay him I paid another guy. I’m telling you do not come to this place. They have crackheads running this place. I would give them 0 stars if I could. Worst service ever.

24 hr. Service?... They are a blessing for your tire issues. Who else is staying up late to help you with tire's? We went there at 10 pm. Due to us running over accident debris on the road. Straight over there to save us from being road side with a flat.

Couldn’t ask for better tires and quick service and when I’ve been in a jam twice middle of the day or at 11 pm at night these guys came through.

Came here at 6 pm for a screw in my tire that wouldnt hold air, they patched in under 20 min and for under 10 bucks. NICE 7/8/24 Just aired up all 4 tires after my TPMS light came on. Allowed me to pay at my discretion(tip). This place is HONEST

Horrible ! They didn’t balance my tire or put air in any of the tires! Just got a tire from them yesterday and the guy told me they would balance the tires and make sure that all tires have air. Extremely disappointed!!! I called to inform them that my tires were not balanced after they placed the new tire on my car and the worker hung up in my face.

Horrible place I had the misfortune of urgently needing a tire and the only place near by was this shady decrepit place and when I say shady they were really trying to sell multiple used and expired tires and marking them as new but you can clearly see they were bald and overpriced I still had to buy because I couldn’t make it home and the tire didn’t even make it out of the lot I had to threaten to call the police to get them to fix their mistake and still barely made it home to have to get a tow to an actual reputable tire shop

Hubby got a used tire last night from them today its bubbled and my car wobbles. I went back hubby stupidly didn't get a receipt so they refused to replace their own F'd up tire. After standing outside with my toddler for an hour the 1 guy working side no receipt no replacement. DONT USE THEM ITS A WASTE OF TIME AND MONEY!

If I could give this place a negative in everything I would. I came here to buy a tire and I don’t know if it’s because I’m a female but they sold me an expired tire. Now I have a broken rod, need a new tire, balancing and now I have to pay the triple for trusting these people. I can’t go back to fight them since they don’t give out receipts. Lesson learned

La llantera más ineficaz que he visitado. Tanto muchacho y ninguno la arma andan todos por todas partes y sin rumbo. Empezaban un carro, lo dejában a medias y se hiban al próximo sin terminar lo comenzado! Llegaban amigos a visitarlos y los llanteros se hiban a chismiar bien agusto dejando lo primero para después (los clientes). Una llanta tomó más de 30 minutos 😡

Pretty sad when my wife stops and buys a full set of brand new tires they refused to put the spare tire back under the vehicle I used to stop by there for work often but this was my last dealings with them

Bought a tire at Walmart and went the next day at 7 am to get it installed but they were closed and said to come back at 9. It was Sunday and this was my work car and I wasn’t going to keep using the spare. My dad told me to go here, I came in around 7:50 and told the guy working I needed to get my new tire mounted on the rim and balanced, he took care of it in under 10 minutes. He came in clutch and got me in and out with no hassle. If you need your tire changed I can definitely recommend you come here. Try coming early morning since that’s when nobody is there so the wait is non existent.

The worst 24hr shop, they will put a tire with thread that is in the red wich is illegal. They don't even let you look at the tire before install. The parking lot is full of debris. If your a woman I suggest you bring a friend.

I am very happy to have come here! This place is busy! Esmeralda was very polite and professional but she was like working on 4 cars at the same time! Her crew works hard and is helping as much as possible. She said to me that changing all 4 tires would take about 30 minutes and she met her own deadline. I received a good deal for 4 new tires! I know many customers come by to repair or replace with gently used tires too. They have a good reputation and I will for sure come back to get my other Jeep its tires. Muchas gracias por su trabajo!

Plus side. They have exactly what I needed when I needed it and at a time when no one was open... I came here to meet my friends who blew a tire on 43rd and i10 he coasted here at 11pm and I met him for moral support. Down side. If you are not gente I would even bother coming here unless you had to. and even so if you aren't gente expect your wait times to double . If you aren't gente, they will groan that they have to use the Sap button and speak English. If you are wondering what this "gente " is. Or saying you've never heard of that word then know you ain't it or in it. You ain't in the crew and aren't gonna get any responses or respect ... But if you are gente then this is the spot for all your tire needs 24 hours a day...

Really needed my tire Change at 12 o'clock at night. And when I pulled up, guy seemed to be tired. And they refuse to put my tire due too Didn't have none I went earlier that day and they had 5 in stock. Guy was being really rude and inappropriate business.

These guys do not care at all about their business. I had 4 tires replaced by them and they tightened lug nuts on too tight with impact. 2 different tire shops were not able to break them loose when getting patches recently. I had a flat and wasn’t able to get the lock off. Went to their shop and the owner pretty much said he couldn’t help me and didn’t care. Didn’t attempt to get it off lol guys are the worst in town DO NOT GO HERE

When I went it was around maybe 10pm and I was surprised with how busy it was. I ended up leaving after 30 minutes because more people started to pour in and the poor dude was starting to look stressed. I'll be back tomorrow to get my tire changed out.
