Juan was so helpful and quick. We had a nail in a tire on a cross country road trip. I called and he waited for us to get there, and was able to plug it in a few minutes. He saved the day! Highly recommend them.

Came in at 8pm to find them closing the gate to the shop. Needed a set of tires to replace a tire I just blew out. Two men driving away at 8/8/24 told me to go to another shop and they only do things by appointment. One star for the hours and for customer service.

Yo, this guy is a hero. Saturday night after 3 hours of driving. Almost to the hotel. PSHHHHHHH insta flat on my tire on the I-10 at the 51 and 202 interchange. What a disaster. Also, Prius Prime has no spare, and the hole was insane so the emergency kit provided was a no-go. Allstate said 2 hours this dude had a new tire in hand and was pulling mine off within 30 minutes. Literally saved our night and weekend. #legendstatus roadside assistance.

This place is 100percent NOT 24/7!!! Had a blow out just shy of a mile away. So I walk with my blown out tire and rim to this "24/7" tire shop just to find them closed. Only reason I gave one star is because I had to.

My wife blew a tire while heading down to a Phoenix Suns game with some friends and had to leave the vehicle parked outside. For anyone has been to his son’s game. Once you go inside, you cannot go For anyone has been to his sons game. Once you go inside, you cannot go back out and come back in so we navigated this whole issue through phone calls and text messages. This was not going to be an easy repair either being that she has 24 inch wheels The police said it would be fine as long as somebody was coming to fix the tire. I was unable to come down so I called Mr. Tire, and, without hesitation Juan responded and he raced down there within 30 minutes of my call. He communicated with me via text and calls the entire time and when we realized the tire was unable to be repaired, he put on the spare. He was polite, accommodating, and even waited around after he was finished to make sure the vehicle was locked securely. I was able to pay him through Zelle and it was an unbelievably easy transaction from start to finish. Customer service is a dying entity, and Juan showed some of the best customer service I have been witness to in quite a long time. I didn’t think there were people around anymore that cared. He could have easily left her stranded down there and forced to call a two truck but navigated his way through the problem with professionalism and surprisingly a remarkably bubbly attitude. What a great guy. Thanks so much.

I’ve used them two or three times now and they’re literally THE BEST. Multiple flat tires; $88 for a new tire (out of used) & $130 for roadside assistance. Soo fast and kind and 100% reasonably priced. Thank you sooo much JUAN!!! You’re amazing!

The person that works there is very rude and disrespectful, also trying to sell a used tire for 45 dollars that the year on the tyre expires was 2016 year, it is against the law to sell a tire that old not a good place would not recommend anybody to go to this tire company.
