Went for a wheel alignment and my car came out worse than it went in! When going 30mph and go over a small pothole the rear end fish tails. Go over any water on the road it slips and losses control. Suspension is completely out of wack making it very dangerous to drive. The guy that does the work doesn’t speak no English at all so it’s hard to communicate. I don’t even know if he is licensed to do the job. I went back twice after and they gave me a run around. Also I never got a print out report of the alignment so who knows what the results were. At this point I’ll get a second opinion and report to the better business bureau. I went to Firestone after posting this comment, sure enough my alignment was way off. THIS SHOULD TEEL YOU THAT THEY ARE NOT QUALIFIED. THE PRICE WAS THE SAME SO STAY WAY FROM PLACES LIKE THIS AND GO TO A Reputable shop.

Professional staff, got straight to work on my car! I thought I had a nail in my tire, thankfully not and got an oil change and tire rotation. Sophia was very personable and able to answer my questions. Prices were quite reasonable, highly recommended. Support local business, thank you!

Extremely Disappointed with Llantera Tire Express's Incompetence and Slow Service. I recently visited Llantera Tire Express to have my flat tire patched. Unfortunately, my experience with their service was extremely disappointing. After waiting long time for them to patch my tire, I discovered that the same patch they had applied was losing air pressure once again after like 2-3 hours. Frustrated with their incompetence, I had no choice but to visit another tire repair shop to fix the issue. Not only did the second repair shop confirm that it was the same patch that was causing the problem, but they also fixed it promptly and efficiently. This highlights the lack of expertise and attention to detail at Llantera Tire Express. I expected better from a professional tire repair shop, and the fact that I had to go elsewhere for a proper repair is truly unacceptable. The inconvenience, wasted time, and additional expenses I had to endure due to Llantera Tire Express's incompetence are simply unacceptable. I strongly advise anyone in need of tire repair services to avoid Llantera Tire Express. Their inability to provide a satisfactory and lasting repair is a clear indication of their poor quality of service. Save yourself the hassle and choose a more reliable and competent tire repair shop.

I have gotten four used tires total for different vehicles over the last couple years from here, and it’s always a pleasant experience. One time they didn’t have the size tire I needed, so they had one brought over from one of their other shops across town at no additional cost! This is my go-to tire shop ever since then. On top of that, everyone there is very nice, and the shop is clean and peaceful. Highly recommend!

I'm an out of towner on a road trip with a tire that was shredded on a piece of misplaced construction. These guys got me a tire in from their other location and installed in less than hour for (in my case) under $100. They were quite nice too!

Came to this shop today because the first two tire shops I've been both told me that they cannot patch the tire coz the nail is close to the edge. They tried to sell me a new tire. So I went to this tire shop, they have excellent customer service and did the job fast. Highly recommended!

Absolutely perfect service. I had a leaking tire, I rolled up hoping for the best and got better than that. The young man took my tire off patched it. Then sent me on my way in less than 20min and charged me only $20. He was also super nice and professional. Didn’t catch his name but it was 2/25/24.

Couldn't get a simple alignment done when I went in and had to wait 4 hours instead of 2 like I was told. Will not recommend this place to anyone. Left my carpet dirty and car feeling dirty. NOT RECOMMENDED!

I had the experience of being helped out by Chris & Freddie. I went to a few other tire places and they told me that they couldn’t patch my tire and tried to rip me off to buy a new one. I was recommended this spot as the go to tire guys who can fix anything. Well what do you know…they immediately fixed my tire. These guys rock! Check this place out if you have any tire needs! You have a customer for life here!

Had this place my off-road tires on a suv, replacement tires on by bmw, patch a hole in my wife's SUV. Everytime I leave please. Priced better than anything closer to me so I drive the extra couple miles for this place. Highly recommend.

I am a mother of two small children and while driving, every time I use the brakes, I heard a grinding noise. This was a safety concern for me, so I brought my car into the shop, fully expecting to have to spend a lot of my money. Chris and Sophia were so helpful, they told me I don’t need brakes, and showed me my brake pads. Honestly, these people could have taken my money and replace brakes that didn’t need replacing. Instead, they were honest and fair and even put air in and patch my tire for a great price. thank you so much and anytime someone needs car repair, I will send them to this location. -Kia Seltos
