Alejese de este sitio a toda costa!!! Por alguna razón siempre me dicen que necesito cambiar mi llanta ya urgentemente y esa misma llanta ya tiene 6 meses y sigue funcional, solo quieren engañar y que compres llantas nuevas. Aparte, alguien que me diga, pero esta gente siempre me atiende tomada o con un aspecto raro.

They ripped me off and charged me $130 for a used tire while telling me it was new. I used to go there for years but after that no more!

Absolutely Terrible Service - Avoid This Tire Shop at All Costs! On October 27, I brought my Tesla Model Y to this shop due to a sidewall cut on the driver’s rear tire. They removed the wheel but didn’t bother to identify the exact location of the cut, assuring me they had “fixed” the problem. After I paid, they confidently told me everything was fine. However, just two minutes later, the tire was completely flat again. When I returned, instead of taking responsibility, they refused to repair it, denied a refund, and bluntly stated, “It’s your tire; if you want, call the police.” I was left with a flat tire, out of pocket, and no assistance from the shop. Save yourself time, money, and frustration. This place is unprofessional, dishonest, and utterly unreliable. Avoid them at all costs!

Just had a little nail in the tire, they wouldn’t pull it out and said I needed a new tire. Turns out it was fine. Unhelpful and sent away. Would suggest finding somewhere else

Not your typical 24 hour tire shop in a faceless, joyless and less than super dope fun platoon of yawn worthy 24 hour tire shops. What sets Llantera Tropicana apart? Nothing, actually: They seem to be exactly the same as every other 'round the clock and ready to rock tire shop in 'Vegas. I apologize for the misleading opening but I'm pretty sure I had a TIA from all the accordions having a free for all in my head. The Tropicana version of the same thing is always busy, even at 3:58 in the AM. Which is always a beautiful thing. Go get blown, or better yet, have air introduced into your deflated tire while hitting the pizzle over at Llantera Tropicana. Where feeling good is the satisfaction and true adult level prioritizing that is only possible by putting air in your tire at 3:32 AM on a Wednesday. Good for you.

They installed the wrong tire on my car. I asked them 3 times if it was correct, stating that my car needs an uncommon size, and most shops don't carry it. They insisted it was correct. I don't know a lot about tires, so I believed them. It wasn't until I was doing 70 on the highway I realized something felt horribly wrong. After I pulled over, I learned it was also overinflated by 10psi. Service was fast and kind, but these are HUGE, dangerous, careless mistakes. I think the only reason they're still in business is the severe price gouging. I don't even want to say how much they charged me, because now it's humiliating.

Don't come here, they will rip you off, I got charged $100 for a used tire with holes. Instead go to Melendez auto service & Tire, it’s 5 min away. No vengan aki, son unos ladrones, especialmente con las mujeres, te roban el dinero. Mejor vayan a Meléndez Auto service & Tire, mas barato y está a 3 min

I almost died. I came in the morning of the 17th of August for some tire pressure work. The technician overfilled my tires and caused me to blow out over the freeway. Even after I protested on suspicion, the technician dismissed me. The employees here are an absolute disgrace.

No recomiendo para nada este lugar. Siempre te van a decir q necesitas comprar llantas nuevas aunque no la necesites! La última vez q fui y me revisaron la llanta, cuando regresó tenía un hueco enorme q no tenía antes y me dijo q no tenía solución, q tenía q comprar una llanta nueva! La honestidad es algo q para nada define a este lugar!

Went to patch a tire he said $40 because it was big. It was only a 18" he didn't ask what size or even look at it

Sales bad tires and workers don’t know how to put them on properly I got a tire less than a week ago and yesterday I started to smell something burning while I was driving which cause me to pull over my tire literally looked like a turtle coming out of its shell they don’t have a courtesy tow truck to pick up cars by the look of my tire you can tell someone did not know what they were doing

Went there 7:00 p.m. saying that they'd be able to patch my tire the big guy at the desk was extremely rude wouldn't give me any service I called the day before and they told me it would be 20 hours I understand I have an electric scooter but it's too Bliss tired they'd still be able to pass it put a plug in it. You told me I couldn't even put air in my tire yet everyone else was pulling up using the air machine I would never go here ever again the guy at the counter heavy set is rude.id never go or recommend

Could not say enough excellent things about these amigos! They had me fixed up and ready to rock ‘n’ roll less than 10 minutes. Very reasonably priced, and you can’t beat the open 24/7. Thanks guys!

Manager in this place is a scammers service is terrible. Go somewhere else. Came for used tire change, was told one price with “everything” included, then after I started asking about extra charges, refused service and put my ripped tire back. This is not how you treat other people. Everything you do to others will come back at you.

Needed tires up front badly due to bad alignment. Big O quoted me $450 for 2 new tires. These guys got me 2 used tires with lots of tread left, for $132 out the door. I was in and out in less than an hour.

This is the worst tire shop you ever find in the area. I would recommend stay away, and go somewhere else. These scammers can get you endangered. Read other reviews of people getting into accidents after repair in this shop!

This place is awesome. They always hook it up with a last minute repair or a used tire if needed quickly. These guys are hard workers and I come here all the time for a patch up or a replacement tire..they get you in and out quick. I always tip the guy $10 on a replacement tire or $5 on a patch..never a wait.
