Both times I went there, I was greeted and helped before even getting out of my car. They were so helpful and knowledgeable. Helped me pick out a set of tires that I would be happy with and stayed in my budget. I won’t be going anywhere else for my tires!!

Great shop and they do a good job. The workers are drinking on the job so this is a concern so keep your eye on things while they work on your car.

Update: my car went in with 183611 miles and came out with 183616….driven 5 miles….where did you take my car Lloyds????? Made an appointment for oil change and tire rotation days out. Still waited over 2 HOURS for the service. Also, I needed a flat repair, but was told they could not fix the flat and I needed a whole new set of tires (over 1K). I declined, knowing the tread depth and that many other tire shops would patch it. They said cool, they’d take it off the invoice. Then, the Tech brought the tire over for repair anyway to patch it, but the attendant stopped him. Jolion was the attendant who checked me in. I found this to be a clear attempt to upsell me on a full set of tires, claiming it was necessary, but it clearly wasn’t. When also considering that an oil change at Valvoline takes 10-15 min, I’d recommend going elsewhere for any service except a full set of tires. UPDATE: standing here at the counter over hearing the radio. Tech just stripped a lugnut and forced it off the post, Tech did not know to stop before stripping the post. Tech did not know the difference between the post and the nut. They immediately called that customer and tried to charge them for all the parts and labor to replace the parts THEY stripped. Customer pushed back and was offered %30 off this cost, which was due to inexperience and negligence on the Technicians part. Again, this was not my transaction, but if you were at Lloyds on 11/22 12pm, I heard the whole thing go down.

my tire pressure light kept coming on so i went to these guys and i'm glad i did. they diagnosed and found a nail in my tire, fixed it with a plug and had me on my way in 15 minutes even without an appointment. thanks!

Lloyd’s was great! I needed tires swapped to a new set of wheels, they said no problem, did it quick, and at a fair price. Every other shop I went to either wouldn’t do it or didn’t seem like they wanted to do it, or wanted twice what Lloyd’s charged. I will go to Lloyd’s first with tire needs moving forward! Good guys

Got my tire punctured on a run-flat, got turned away by one shop and made it here. Multiple people immediately helped me, repaired the tire and I was back in the road in 15 minutes! Very kind, very efficient, and completely turned around my stressful surprise situation. They also checked and adjusted the pressure in my other 3 tires. Everyone was super kind, thank you!!

I had a flat tire and picked Lloyd's because they have great online reviews. They were able to see me as a walk in, and were able to patch my tire quickly. I was in and out within 15 minutes. I'll definitely use them again for future tire needs!

I had a punctured tire, and wasn't aware of it until I turned on my car to drive to work and the tire pressure light came on. I detoured over to Lloyd's on Capitola Road Extension and walked in. They were very busy, yet my tire was fixed in a few minutes. There was no charge because I bought the tires there in 2022. I will be back in 5,000 miles to replace the whole set. In fact, I told them I could replace them all on that day, but they said the tires were still good for 5,000 more miles. Folks there are great, knowledgeable and professional. They focused on my timing and did the job quickly, especially with a store full of other on-going jobs.

This place came highly recommended to me. I am impressed by the amazing service here. Jose was especially helpful and kind during the whole process. I easily scheduled my same day appointment and they replaced two tires for me and had it done within a couple hours. I had accidentally chosen the wrong tire size so they had to pick up my tires from their warehouse during rush hour but that didn’t take very long! I highly recommend this place.
