Beware when taking your vehicles to this business. *I’m not sure if this applies to all customers or just female customers.* Go get a second and third opinion elsewhere because this location will tell you you need repairs done when you really don’t. I took my car in for a code regarding the fuel cap and came out needing front struts. I took it to another mechanic and sure enough the struts weren’t even close to being needed! In response to the owner’s comment: Maybe you should get with your front desk staff. I was told we should not be driving on those struts at all because one was cracked and we did in fact get labor and parts priced out since they so urgently said it was needed to be done.

I brought in my Granddaughter's 25 year old Impala. It was missing and surging while running. They analyzed the problem and stayed with it, communicating with me all along until it was running properly again. They wouldn’t give up on it even when it seemed impossible to fix. I am absolutely pleased with the service. The way they operate is top notch. Loved the notification via text and especially the quick repairs. I had my car there at eight a.m. for an appointment and had my vehicle back in about two hours. No run around and having to call them to check on the progress. Will be back for future repairs or upkeep. Great job to all at L and M!

I've been having repeat issues with my vehicle, and the dealership mechanics/rep were giving me the run around each time. All they would tell me is that they recommend I upgrade my vehicle with them (of course!) Taylor at L&M was willing to talk me through not only the diagnostic tests L&M did, but also all the tests and procedures that the dealership did (that they refused to elaborate on.) I'm giving L&M, and especially Taylor, a 10 out of 10 just for the transparency and willingness to walk me through the issues. Very trustworthy autoshop!

Misty, Taylor, and all the crew at L&M took such good care of me when my 10 yr old Chevy Sonic had major HVAC problems. The issue at first was misdiagnosed as the problem came back the following day. It turned out to be a much more serious (and expensive and lengthy) issue. They worked with us, though, helped to keep the cost reasonable, even loaned us a nice car for the five days it took to get the right part in and installed. My car works great now, and I'm so thankful for their excellent customer service, professionalism and integrity. I highly recommend their services.

Service was great and my mechanic was super helpful, very communicative. As a feminine presenting person I feel nervous going anywhere for my vehicle but this place was very honest and made me feel comfortable knowing my car was in good hands!

I had L&M Auto Repair Install a new Crate Engine in my truck. It was a big job and they did a very thorough job installing it also through the process they kept me informed of the progress of the install and even sent some photos as it progressed. I am very pleased with their work and I will recommend them to anyone that needs any work done. They seemed honest and fair with me and that is what I look for in any business.

My vehicle was needing a few routine maintenance things done to it. Upon inspection Taylor had noticed my rear brakes were in need of replacement. I told him I literally just had them replaced. Lo and behold the dealership out East that I took it to only did the RR side and not the LR side of my brakes. Needless to say, E- - y’s won’t be getting my busy any longer, however, I will be a life long customer at L & M and I will be sure to spread the word and tell all of my friends where to go to get their cars serviced. Thank you again, L & M, I appreciate your honesty immensely and I highly recommend L & M to anyone looking for an honest auto repair shop.

I have nothing but amazing things to say about L&M! They have been so helpful in working with my vehicle's warranty company and explaining everything. Misty the receptionist is always kind and friendly each time I go in and when I call. Taylor is phenomenal and has answered every question I have had. I can't thank the mechanics and staff enough for getting me an appointment so quickly and without any issues. I highly recommend this company to anybody and will be coming back here for any future needs!!

My car warranty sent me here. My service brakes soon light was on.First time we had appointment and sit for 3 hours and still wasn't seen. Made appointment for following Monday and made it early so we'd be first, left car there. 415 they called and still didn't get to car. Tuesday they called me and said no light on they drove it nothing wrong even though we had our own code reader that said we have a brake master valve leak service soon. I was told nothing wrong with my Escalade that my code reader wasn't right and basically I don't know what I'm talking about and how they're machine is so much better and then kept referencing a Silverado. They never checked for leak. Called my Carlot immediately. They sent me to another automotive shop and guess what we had a major leak and needed immediate master cylinder and sensor and valve. The thing was leaking brake fluid and this shop never ever looked at it. Absolutely ridiculous. If I could give negative I would. The condescending way he spoke to me was wrong and telling me how superior they are but just cleared code out and did nothing.

Went to the dealership to get a oil change went to these guys to get a second opinion never taking my car back to the dealership because what the dealership said what was wrong with my car was totally opposite then what these guys said. Always trust your gut to get a second opinion. These guys are honest and fair.

Been going to L&M for about 3-4 years now. The staff and upfront scheduling is appreciated. The price and recommended service is a plus. Each time I have arrived the place is busy with the parking lot full of serviced vehicles. My truck will be 11 years old this September. So I need adequate maintenance to keep her running. 🍺🍺
