Lockhart Tire is one of the best shops in Pittsburgh. Quick, super kind and reasonably priced. Went for a tire issue and treated myself to an oil change as well! Much better than a trip to a valvoline drive thru on a weekend! LT is truly great.

After replacing suspension/steering parts on my truck, I scheduled an appointment for an alignment. After waiting a short time I was informed that alignment cams/bolts were "Spinning" knowing I just had them off and inspected a week ago. I questioned about how and why they could be bad. All they could say was they were spinning and were 200.00 per side... to find out there 56.00 parts. I said I'll take my business elsewhere. Good thing I did. Another shop aligned it no problems. They even showed me the cams were good and functioning properly. Beware of scam artist! Don't be afraid to call people on there lies.

I never leave reviews online but this place is so great, I had to write one. Honest, friendly employees. Damen explained everything that needed to be done, gave me all of the options and didn't press me to do anything. He completed all of the work and more at a lower price than I was expecting. Wonderful place!

My son went here for a car inspection. I booked online but the communication was awful between them and myself. I tried calling several times but no one answered; when they finally did answer, they were rude and abrupt. My son arrived and they stated they couldn't inspect his car, even after I confirmed his appt. They did finally "squeeze" him in after over an hour. It was just a simple car inspection but they jipped him out of hundreds, telling him his wipers needed replaced and a headlight needed replaced. I know the headlight just needed tightened; I've done it several times. They charged 3x the amount of the wipers just to install! The headlight bulb was $5 and they charged $80 to replace. I'm sure they were just mad at me over the confusion of the scheduling but that is absolutely ridiculous. I hope you are happy ripping off an 18 year old KID out of nearly $200! Definitely do not recommend this establishment. Hard lesson learned!

Took my car here today for the first time, inspection and oil change. Employees were very friendly and professional. In and out in just a few hours. Happy to have a shop like this in the North Side!

I can't say enough nice things. We were in from out of town with not one but two tires with screws. All the more popular places would not help us. They got us in right away and everyone was so nice to us. Highly recommend!

Rarely write reviews, but I just got two new tires from here, they were ordered on Friday, installed on Monday in less than 30 minutes. Might've been lucky that it wasn't busy, but regardless, incredible service, highly recommend.

Fast and efficient service!! After having a bad experience at a dealership, it was such a pleasant experience bringing my car to Lockhart. They called me and gave me details about my car and answered all my questions and then got the service done quickly in time for me to pick it up before they closed. I came here on recommendation from several friends and I will be recommending this place to my friends now as well.
