Billy at Logan’s Auto is the best. I have lived in Houston area for 11 years now & this is first person/ auto repair shop I truly trust. He shows you any issues that are going on and explains exactly the issue. Very knowledgeable, trustworthy, and kind!!! I am grateful to have found this place 😊

Do not get service at this place. We took our car to Billy for an inspection and tire rotation—20 minutes later when we get the car back we can’t even drive it off the parking lot. Like any other customer, I simply asked Billy what happened. He responded with an attitude and continued to raise his voice at me when I was trying to understand what happened. There is no reason a business should be rude to a customer that has valid questions. We ended up getting the car towed to another shop to get the car fixed. Based on other reviews it seems like this has happened to other people so do your research before coming here.

Best spot in Houston! Anyone who doesn’t give this location 5 stars has no idea what they’re talking about been to countless mechanics and Billy has taken care of my $65,000 truck for the best prices I could find Ive lived all over. This is the most reliable, trustworthy and knowledgeable mechanic. Period.

Brought my 2007 Mazda in for bearings going out in the front wheels. Billy got the hubs and bearings replaced no problem the same day. Super nice guy, definitely recommend.

Overall experience was great. My family and I were in the market for a new vehicle and during the test drive had some concerns. We brought in to Logans, had the pleasure of working with Billy whom was very thorough in the inspection/test drive. After some time on the lift in the shop, I was called out to look over all the hidden damage and received an invoice for repairs to help negotiate a good deal on the vehicle. I would recommend this shop for services to friends/family.

This auto repair shop experienced was above expectations for me. Went in to get my brakes and rotors looked at. The manager took my concerns into consideration and recommended the needed repairs. He actually took the time to show and educate me on my car faulty parts and what it would take to fix them. I am able to travel on the road again with a peace of mind after visiting Logan's Auto shop. Would definitely recommend and will be using his service for my cars upkeep going forward.

Took my truck in to get an inspection and since I haven't drove it in over a year. It didn't pass cus of the sensors that has to reset after being driven 60+ miles. After 95 miles of driving it passed and I didn't have to pay for another inspection. I highly recommend Logan and I will be bringing my other vehicle there for maintenance purposes. I appreciate the prompt services ♥️

Billy told me my car needed work done to it and it wasn’t going to be cheap. Told me at least 3,000. That’s on top of everything else that was going wrong in my life. I couldn’t hold back tears and i began to cry. Billy came across the desk and hugged me. Told me it was going to be ok and sat and talked to me at least 45 minutes even tho he had work to do. He explained to me that we could do this and he wouldn’t leave me without being able to survive. But most importantly he taught me a true lesson of life. It was what we talked about besides the car that made me feel appreciative of him. He told me we would do it a step at a time. he would not require too much at one time but it would be paid out over time while he worked on it. Billy if you ever read this, thank you. I appreciate you more then you will ever ever know.

First time visiting here just pulled up BILLY saved me so much money my car was sitting somewhere else for 3 weeks due to the mechanic having difficulty finding the part I needed I called BILLY he ordered the part I need plus changed my oil my car was fixed in 2 days HANDS DOWN THE BEST PLACE I BEEN TO Haven’t had car problems in years smooth process SO IF YOU HAVING CAR PROBLEMS COME SEE BILLY YOU WON’T BE DISAPPOINTED ❤️
