I provided Christian with $245 to pick up my brakes from O’reilly Auto Parts. This wasn’t shop related! He tacked on $77 extra per rotor & $22 extra for the set of brakes. He gave me a total of $440 for everything w/o a discount & with the discount $245! Now I could walk in the store myself & get the parts myself for $245 & with a commercial discount it would be $140 with tax & $130 w/o!! Where did $440 come from, where did $362 come from (pics). The audacity to charge me $5 for gas as if weren’t supposed to meet at O’reilly! I had a discount I could use myself that I would’ve gotten the $140 price! I asked for a receipt, he stated it was digital, I said let’s go to O’reilly so I can get a copy (what he stated is in the pics). I asked for the additional $100 back & he declined! He kept saying I tried to look out & use my discount but no discount was used & he jacked the numbers up on his company site to make it look like I was given a discount! No to mention telling me my rotors are the cheaper brand and he got the better brand in which they were the cheaper brand @ $106.99 but he charged me $181 & my brakes are $53.99 & he charged me $77! I’m pissed and to top it off my brakes are not done nor can I take the parts back because I don’t have a receipt! To make matters worse, he threw the boxes to the rotors in the trash & you can’t return them w/o them. This is bad business! I spoke with a manager in O’reilly & he provided me with a lot of this info! I will be taking legal action!! It’s more of the principle than anything else but I also want my money back!

Definitely, will do business with him again , after a rough morning and having a tire blowout on my lexus Christian was able to take care of my car quickly and get me back on the road , hes a very honest guy gave me alot of recommendations and has a good positive attitude.

I went in for oil change and tune up and was fully satisfied with the work and price. I love that they didn’t try to up sale me and told me exactly what my car needed at the time. I felt they were very knowledgeable and explained ever step to me. Not to mention they dropped me off at my place so i didn’t have to wait while the work was being done. I will definitely recommend to my family and friends!

Went in to see about upgrading my battery for my Toyota Highlander Hybrid as ihave a bunch of aftermarket accessories on it. Christian gave me all the information I needed in the moment and even continued to reaearch after I left. Text me and when I couldn't make it back called me to relay the information I needled. He did at all jist want to make money, he was so much more interested in doing things right which was a concern for me as I bought the extended warrenty for my Hybrid. You can tell that he truly loves what he does and loves a challenge. When he was looking up the information on my vehicle and at what my stock 12 volt and hybrid battery can do he was outwardly excited about researching a new question. I didn't actually upgrade my battery, didn't need to utilize his services but that just goes to show you how honest and upfront this man is. I will definitely be returning to Lone Star Automotive for any other Autocare needs! Thank you so so much Christian!
