Highly recommend for anyone to avoid going to this tire shop! I went here today to get my tire repaired and noticed my rim was damaged 😡😡 I asked the guy about it and he’s acting like he don’t know what I’m talking about so I told him I don’t have time to play when you know my rim wasn’t this way before you took it off, after all that nonsense they offered to fix it on Thursday so hopefully they will because I won’t let up until it’s done!

Señores cuando necesiten un servicio en carretera no la recomiendo si no quieren perder la mitad de lo q les paga la carga cuando llamas te dan un precio supuestamente con taxes y todo y por el monte y desmonte y cuando te cobran es otro precio asi q imaginence desolvitante asi caballeros trokeros no recomiendo esta compañia para q cambie sus llantas

I really appreciate these guys for helping me twice today. 1st time was a 4 tire install in and out in 30mins. 2nd time was a flat repair in and out in 10 min. Guys were great in the back. Had to lay a heater for them. Definitely will be back for more tires

May 31, 2024 the weather was right to stop and have Manuel help me with an affordable price on two brand new trailer tires. He replaced those dry rot tires start to finish my service of 27 minutes including Manuel backing my trailer for me. Thank you for honoring our military service members. They have terrible tires I’ve been here multiple times for used tires , I went to them on a Saturday to patch my tire they said they did supposedly patch the tire , woke up Sunday morning my tire was flat again went back up there to tell them my tire had a completely different hole on the side of my tire where the tire doesn’t even touch the road like they had of poked a small hole into the tire before putting it back on to my car when I asked them if it could be fixed they told me no I ask them how much for a used tire they claimed to not have any in my size just one a little smaller then that tire had a hole in it as well before they even put it on my car do not come here do not waste your money or time ‼️

Lone Star Tire came thru in the clutch. I was traveling south on IH35 between West and Waco when I ran over something I was unable to avoid. My right rear immediately started losing air. I was able to make it to the exit to get off the interstate safely and started calling around as my vehicle did not come with a spare. So I searched and started calling places. Lone Star was willing to help. Great price on a new tire as mine was not repairable. Great price on coming to take the tire off, take it back to shop, replace, return, and install. Victor Manuel was the one who came out, and even with me sitting on the access road, he was able to find me. Very polite and professional. He returned with a new tire still with the sticker on it. The total time that I was stranded was about 2 hrs, which includes all the calls and texts I made. Thank you, Lone Star Tire and Victor, for helping me get back to San Antonio 🤘 🙏

Probably the worse place I've ever gotten a tire from. The man over tightened my lug nuts , did not balance tire, I asked what the price was to mount n balance the tire n they acted like they couldn't understand what I was asking, ..I was on vacation. N had a blow out n no spare so had no other choice now the whole front end of my truck shakes cause they did not balance the tire like I paid for! Stear clear of this shop n the one across the street from it their both same shop. When I went to get the tire balanced in my own home town they told me "the person who put the lug nug on did not kn ow what he was doing or he was trying to snap a stud so I would haft to replace. There was no reason for them to be impacted down that tight n then torked down also" he couldn't even get the lug nuts off with the impact had to use tools with a pipe to bust lug nuts loose. Do not get a tire from these crooks!

To say the least, I'm disappointed with the service that I received. I went to grab a used tire and soon after install I inspected the tire and told the tech right after that the tire had cracks running around the entire edge of the tire, I was told 'the tires are sitting in the sun', regardless, the tire has cracks around it. Okay, this was near closing time and maybe that's the reason for this hasty mistake. I call the next morning early and was told to come by because I had an out of town appointment, they were busy so I had to hit the road. I go up there the next day and ask if I can get it swapped, Oscar tells the tech, no and Oscar was the one that picked and installed it. The tech goes to pull out a better tire for lesser than the cracked one. Crazy! Tire had more cracks in it than a strip club. Won't be going by there again.

We were in Waco from out of town on a Sunday, when we got a flat tire. I brought my car in and they saw me right away. The tire needed to be replaced, and they gave me a great deal on a new tire. I was in and out of there in less than 30 minutes. I would highly recommend Lone Star Tire.

Went here for the first time today ( a Sunday) as place where I got tires was closed. Alejandro was nice, tire was fixed quickly, and I was on my way back home in no time. Great customer service, tire repair was $15 but it’s Sunday and after covid inflation so no complaints here. Customer waiting area was clean enough and had a vending machine for drinks. I didn’t use it as i had brought a drink with me. I waited outside by the huge tire. Though Alejandro did say I could wait inside my car or in the lobby, I just prefer to wait outside. Here’s a pic of the big tire lol
