Please BeWare don't use these people I don't want this to happen to anybody they kept my truck for 11months couldn't fix the problem then tried to hold my truck after I paid them $8000 they swap my parts off another Volvo and claimed they fix my truck I drove it down the road n had to get it towed somewhere else. Please, please think about it before u use these people they r indeed scammers save ur money if it was possible I would give them a -100 because this was differently a nightmare they wouldn't answer my call 2 r 3 days later they kept lying saying my truck would be ready @ a date still 11 months later $8000 I was back where I started

Great services by the team of highly professional mechanics. They provide the most honest services which is very difficult to find from other locations. Their entire staff are very professional and provide customer services. We are fortunate to find such a mechanic shop.

Tenía problemas con mis llantas delanteras del camion, me encontraron el problema y lo repararon; me remplazaron los kingpins me recomendaron llantas nuevas las cuales también le pusieron aqui y me le hicieron el alineamiento. Un excelente servicio rapido y precio razonable se lo recomiendo

Our RV diesel pusher over heated and broke down on the side of the highway. Once we had it towed to them, they were very friendly and helpful. They prioritized us, diagnosed our problem and began to acquire the needed parts. This happened over the 4th of July. They found out we were going to a family reunion and invited us to the Barbecue they were having for the workers and family. They are family oriented and have hearts of gold! We never made the family reunion, but they worked hard to get us there. They even offered us to sleep in our RV on their property for a night. They charged very fair rates for parts and an excellent rate for labor. The quality of work is excellent and it is seen in how concerned they were that everything is working properly. They corrected items that we didn’t know had failed. We can’t say enough good things about Lone Star! You have to go and see for yourself! You won’t be sorry!We count it a blessing that we found them. Their prices are very reasonable for towing large vehicles too!

Been here 4-5 times already, successful fix every time. Had a real challenging electrical fix on the 6th time and I was impressed when they traced that error code to the transmission and fixed it in 2 hours. Highly recommend, worth trying them first before going to the dealer. FX360 Trucking LLC 2014.. 5 Stars 2024

warning, don't go to this place. he is a scam. I have been in trucking business for 10 years and I never met a greedy dishonest owner like this. we agreed for 10k to fix my truck when he finished, he charged me $15875. I refused to pay him but he hold my truck hostage. worst experience ever. 0 star

Title: Beware of Unethical Practices and Poor Service I wish I could give this truck repair company zero stars. Our experience was nothing short of a nightmare. From the start, their lack of communication was glaring. We entrusted them with our truck, only to be met with unnecessary repairs that seemed more like a ploy to empty our pockets than a genuine effort to fix the issues. Not only did they perform repairs that were later deemed unnecessary by a more reputable service, but they also engaged in shameless price gouging. It's disheartening when a company preys on customers who are already dealing with the stress of a broken vehicle. The cherry on top was the rude and dismissive attitude from the main representatives. When we sought clarification on the exorbitant charges, we were met with hostility. During one particularly frustrating conversation, a representative even had the audacity to hang up on us. The lack of professionalism caused significant delays, and the cost of those delays is not just measured in dollars but in the literal bread off our table. This company's dishonesty and lack of integrity are unacceptable. Save yourself the headache and look elsewhere for truck repairs. There are plenty of honest and reputable options out there that won't leave you feeling scammed and mistreated.
