UNPROFESSIONAL ask many questions prior to having my car towed just for him to tell me that he doesn’t has the part for my car i went to go get it the part as he instructed he finds another excuse i find the solution and then he says he is uncomfortable doing the work made me wait with my young child all day to waste my time and money laughed in my face and treated me like a wasnt a human being

Not sure if this was the owner or a worker but the guys attitude was rude. Almost like if you aren’t of Spanish or Mexican descent they barely want to deal with you. Dude didn’t want to get the tire out of the trunk, didn’t want to put the tire in the trunk. Also made a statement about him having more customers.If it was for me I would have just went somewhere else but my customer wanted to go here.

Pésimo servicio,👎 quando fui solo nesecitava un parche, en la llanta de mi carro, y el tipo me quería vender una toda vieja en $100, y solo por haver quitado la llanta, y revisarla!! Me cobro $15 y dijo que ese era un servicio y ni siquiera le puso el parche!! 😡 eso es UNA ESTAFA SEÑORES NO LO RECOMIENDO PARA NADA.

I needed valve stems replaced. I had the new ones. They wanted to charge me double what I paid somewhere else. Not the same since the younger men ran the shop. They did great work for a fair price.

Very honest and fast work. Tire went flat on my way home to PA. It was a nail. I asked if I should by a new tire he suggested a patch to save money. I appreciate an honest straigt forward small business. I reccomend to all, especially women with little to no knowledge about tires.

Ese lugar es demasiado caro, y parte un tipo que trabaja alli que usa lentes oscuros es arrogante. Y piensan que por uno ser mujer pueden cobrar lo que a ellos le da la gana, no les recomiendo ese lugar.

For my tire 195/65 they want $80 for one used tire and customer service is wack I don't like them I suggest you don't go to them

I filled my flat tire that has small leak in it shortly before arriving at Lopez Tire. They examined it and said the tire was fine. Three days later it’s flat again.

I recommend using your spare tire. I paid $20. Do not pay $80 for their "USED" tires. New tires typically cost $85-130, including a warranty! Walmart or NTB!

I've been several times. No complaints at all. I had Tires, brake pads and rotors replaced. Ask for Jose, he the man! They now have an additional New location on merit rd right down merrit blvd. Thanks again! PS: Jose knows how to work on bmw's!

Solía ir siempre a este lugar, era mi lugar preferido; hasta que vi, que instalaron una llanta de las que ya habían quitado antes a mi auto. usada, y pusieron esa misma por 120. No es justo estás pagando demasiado para un buen trabajo y te instalan las mismas llantas. De igual manera deseo que Dios bendiga este lugar y a las personas que ahí trabajan.

Three stars because I’ve been 2 times before and it was good. Both times to remove a screw and plug the tire. Third (and final) time the plug they installed was leaking. $35.00!! Fair price….mmmmnnno. I don’t think so. No thanks, Lopez, I already have another place if I need service again.

Demasiado de caro, fuy a cambiar una llanta por una nueva y solo por cambiarla quería cobrarme 50 dólares cuando vio q yo me iba a ir pego a bajar el precio como si fuera una subasta, no vuelvo a ir a ese lugar, super caros

I do not recommend this place , they don’t take enough time to fix what’s wrong sending you on the road with unsafe tires . They would verbally give you a price then run your card for a higher charge .

These guys are TERRIFIC! Quick, friendly and fast. I had my tire plugged before the receipt printed…and for under $20 with tax. If you need tire work, this is the place to go! 👍🏽👍🏽

They need to be more friendly with their costumers, plus they always change the prices. I had a flat tire when they change it I asked the guy if he could check the pressure on all my tires because I was traveling. He just walked around the car and he said everything was fine. Sorry but not coming back
