Car went in for electrical repair and all they did was twist wires and wrap them with cheap electrical tape cause a short that then melted a few other wires

THEY CRASHED MY CAR!!! i brought my vehicle in for ac service and when it was done no one called me!! it sat for about a week before i got fed up and walked in overcharged me for ac and when i got my car back there was a HOLE in the bumper!!!! When i asked to speak to whoever was in charge i got yelled at and kicked out! Absolute horrible people and horrible service!!

Hello this is Alex triliegi I unfortunately have a few problems after getting my motor mounts fixed that I’d like addressed. Motor mounts are working great btw but First when I got home my air filter hose was under my air filter and I drove home a good 40 minutes with the air filter having no air going to it. I luckily was able to fix that with no problem just a little upset about it because it was obviously not looked over, secondly I was told my bumper was not taken off which I can believe to a point, but I’ve never mess with my bumper when I was jokingly saying was it me the adhesive that was connected from my bumper to my headlights was removed the way I can tell. It’s hanging out of my headlight on the bumper and other parts where the bumper meets the headlight where it was peeled off, but that was flaking up from being pulled off. Comes to the radiator I’ve been watching all my gauges since the car was worked on because I wanted to make sure the motor mounts were put in correctly and nothing was messed up but my temperature gauge has been hopping 5 to 10° warmer than before, so I go to look at my radiator and I see the top of my radiator has been on the left and right side and there is a cut in my radiator with metal shavings leftover. Fourthly now when I idle at a light my car vibrates like it’s misfiring which never happened before. I will include some pictures to show what I am talking about and then on, and I am looking for honesty. I feel lack of honesty and trust, and I am scared to bring my car back in due to this. I am not the type to write bad reviews. I think it gets no one nowhere I would just like my answers answered honestly and if there’s anyway of fixing it amazing and if not, I would at least want honesty so I know what to fix myself due to others mistakes. I also got a full diagnostic a month ago and nowhere was any of these things stated to be fixed and we’re all cleared and in the green.

I've had my car worked on here a few times now, and I strongly recommend this place. My main contact is Emir and I really appreciate the work he does, but I especially have to give him props for always giving me the benefit of the doubt when I bring up concerns I have. These people are more than willing to go the extra mile and help out if they can. They do great work and have great prices. I'll definitely keep going back with work that I may have that I can't do myself. Thanks guys and gal..

Well, we buy a truck at unique motor sport, the transmission went out and we took it back to them, they took our truck to lorenzo to have it fix, unique try to pay as little for the repair so theres no warranty on lorenzos. Less then 2000 miles after my transmission went out, we took it back to them, they told us no warranty but they will work with us, but no, we have to pay almost 2000 dollars if we want to get it repair and 1 yr warranty, talk to owner Lorenzo he told me a few people who has buy cars trough unique, they always come back expecting warranty on work they do, legal no warranty, he is right, but his work he is done don't last, they rebuild our transmission and 2000 miles is not good no more, they don't put their name on their work, I was expecting maybe pay for parts or labor but not a full price, my recomendation pay extra for warranty or take your car somewhere else,

went to fix my car. Lornzo's son give my an estimate for the cost and told me to bring the car next day. I brought the car in the morning they suppose to fix it after two days. Lornzo's son called at none want me to take my car because they dont have time and they have a lot of work to do???? I disappointed with their treatment. Lornzo's out of the shop and let kids running the business.

"mechanico" tuvo mi carro una semana y ni una llamada me Dio, peor servicio que eh tenido con mechanicos. Ya despues de una semana ni me dijo que le hizo al carro oh que tenia. AutoZone me dio mas informacion sobre lol wue tenia El carro. Y see chingo Todo mi gas de paso....
