I had to replace the turn signal switch on my wife’s car and was looking for a mobile mechanic that was able to do as soon as possible. I found Lorenzo via Google and decided to give him a call. Lorenzo was able to provide me a quote and was able to come and fix the issue same day. He was quick and professional and honors his quote. I recommend him and do look forward to working with him again.

Helped me out with a battery issues. Communicated the whole way through letting me know what time he would be there, when he was down the street, and if I could send him some photos. Was able to fix my issue and point out another issue that may be happening with my car and to have it looked it. Super friendly and did it at a good price. Definitely will use him again in the future.

I had Lorenzo fix a window motor on a truck, a brake line on my truck and brakes on my car and install the fog lights and blinkers on my car! He gave me the best rates and since he doesn’t live far for me, it was easier for me to just drop it off at his house! I would leave my vehicle, knowing it was in good hands and go pick it up the same day when it was ready! And as far as the parts he gave me information on who to contact and get the best rates! These are the little things I really appreciate… It’s hard to find honest mechanics, But with Lorenzo, I will continue To bring my cars! Nice work, Lorenzo!

**BE AWARE! SCAMMER!!** I never write bad reviews… but I think people need to understand Lorenzo’s pure lack of professionalism. I have used him a few times and while yes his labor is very cheap, he has no sense of time management. He tells you that he will come on a Tuesday; expect him on Friday or Saturday. The first few times he was late, I tried to give him the benefit of doubt. He never gave me a reason; he was just late. Then this last time, he “fixed” my car (which again he promised would be done one day and came out 2-3 days later) only to have it do the same exact issue less than 1 week later. I called him when it happened and he promised he would be out that evening. Never came. Texted him the following day, reassured me he would come out that day to look at it. Never came. He the proceed to ignore my texts and phone calls. I understand the labor is cheap but you really do get what you pay for. Highly recommend you look for some one else… UPDATE: took my car to a new mechanic and found out that Lorenzo never changed the two parts he told me he was going to. Makes sense now as to why my car never worked. The new mechanic even showed me the parts first hand. They were old and rusted; clearly not changed. Mind you, I bought the new parts to put in so I knew exactly what it should have looked like. Lorenzo ran away with my new parts and my money. DO NOT RECOMMEND!

this guy stole almost $1000 from me... i paid him up front (my fault for trusting him ) for a job on my truck. he won't finish the job and won't send me my money back...says he doesn't have it "give me some time to come up with it". i just want my money back so I can get my truck fixed! I am mother of 3 we scraped together the money so we would have another vehicle and trusted you to hold up your end of the deal and now I have no truck and no money. PLEASE DON'T TRUST THIS GUY he'll come up with every excuse but sit there and say "i'll be there soon" knowing damn well he isn't coming

Came did a half job then asked for half pay and then proceeds not to respond to any message or call to come finish the job which he was supposed to do the next day i recommend going to a high schooler taking auto shop classes than him

I needed to switch out the AC compressor on my car and Lorenzo responded quickly. He provided me with an estimate and when the time was scheduled he showed up on time and performed the service quickly. Would definitely use his service again!

I reached out to several mobile mechanics and Lorenzo reached out the same day, came and diagnosed my son’s car and luckily it was a minor problem and fixed the problem! Hands down convenient service and reasonable priced!

I scheduled an appointment to have my oil changed. He told me he'd be here at 8am and didn't show up. I texted and called half the day with no response. Finally he texted me back at a little before 1pm that and said he could be here at 2, which was fine. He called as he was arriving and I told him where my car was and what carport it was in. A couple minutes later he texted and said he was here. So I said as soon as he comes to the door I'll hand him my keys. Then he asked me to go out, which I wasn't able to at that moment. Never showed up and knocked for my keys! I texted him after a few minutes and called and NO RESPONSE! VERY unreliable and UNPROFESSIONAL. Update: His reply to me is a HALF TRUTH! He did NOT tell me that he was here and that he wasn't comfortable with leaving his truck. Since I was off that day I was in my NIGHT GOWN, which is why I obviously wasn't going to go outside. What he claimed about me saying that I wasn't dressed IS A LIE!

Lorenzo came recommended and lived up to expectations. Identified the problem quickly and found the right solution. Will be using again. Edit... three months later, I've been ghosted. Have a tough one with my car, it's been a lot of trial and error but unfortunately Lorenzo stopped returning my messages and stopped showing up to scheduled appointments. At one point, I left the car for a week and had an open schedule for him to keep my car and take his time with it, but he never came by. Lorenzo is a good guy, but very unreliable. Even an honest time frame would have gone a long way towards redemption. Edit part 2... back to a 5 star rating. Lorenzo did make it right. Time management is a struggle, but he does great work and is incredibly patient and persistent with finding the problem and fixing it. Lorenzo continues to be on my speed dial for issues with my car, and I've recommended him to friends and coworkers. Life happens, and Lorenzo's talent can pull him in a lot of directions, I appreciate that he has gotten better about updating me to his availability and completing the repairs.

Lorenzo was very personable, honest, and came through in the clutch! My mom's car lost the serpentine belt and needed to be towed back to her house. I called Lorenzo the next day and he came by and attempted to replace it, he was unable to finish the job due to needing another tool. He refused payment until the job was complete which tells you all you need to know about honesty and integrity. I would highly recommend his services to anybody in need of service. Thanks Lorenzo!!

He’s helped me in the past and with fair prices. This time though we scheduled for Friday at 9:30am to install headlights and a grille I even drove to his house because I was excited so I took off a lil early and we agreed on it but then said he could come to me (not knowing I took off) I agreed and didn’t mind. Hours went by then he bailed on me. Continued to say something was going on. I wasted my day waiting for him. I literally wanted to do this for my birthday coming up and was probably gonna pay more than what was asked. It’s whatever he was cool and great prices but people have lives too and if you can’t make it don’t string them along and just say no or reschedule. When you schedule at 9:30 i expect you to be prepared at 9:30 not say oh I’ll be there in the evening i woke up early for you. Unprofessional UPDATE: The steering wheel he “fixed” the lights back on

I personally had a bad experience with Lorenzo.He kept changing his prices ,each day price went up.This gentleman is trying to be an up and coming business owner /a business professional but has so much to learn when it comes to dealing with customers professionally ,being on time ( no sense of timing ) he was quick to pick up money for parts ( which I think otherwise )and slow to meet his customers ( paying customers) and gave excuse after excuse over a period of 2 days .I was advised to go elsewhere by someone I had with me while handing him 110dollars she saw right thru him ( I was a fool to not have listened to my long time frd of 20+ yrs.)I was taken for a fool by Lorenzo he returned 60 dollars of that money he didn't do anything to my truck but took parts that were not on ( old parts in my tailgate).Then it was so hard to get him to answer my calls n return my parts which all came about because i requested reciepts of any parts he purchased,u r a dishonost kid who has alot to learn work on getting accredited with BBB instead of trying to take trusting females money n lying to them.He wouldnt dare doing that to a man ( coward) They would handle you so he preys on females....take a business course Lorenzo cuz way u going NOT GOOD...B A ROLEMODEL 4 YOUR SON.!!¡!

If you have any doubts or trust issues will don’t Lorenzo’s has help me with a lot of car troubles just recently crushed broke my axle control and sway didn’t know where to get the parts from until Lorenzo’s searched up the parts and ordered it for me I gave him the money to buy the parts soon as the parts came in he stated working on it only took him 1 hour to fix know I’m driving smoother than ever 😎

literally the best mechanic in san antonio! me and my sister were visiting for the weekend and her car decided to leak coolant and overheat. it was around 11 PM when this happened and we were devastated trying to find a mobile mechanic. I called him and he got the job done and we were able to make it back home safe and sound. I would highly recommend him to anybody. He is great, very professional, patient and has great communication. he definitely went above and beyond to get the job done so that me and my sister can make it back to Dallas. if you’re in San Antonio, needing a mobile mechanic that will handle any job. Please call him right away. He will get the job done with no hesitation!
