I took my 2010 Subaru Forester to Loris & Eddie’s and was extremely impressed and satisfied with Loris and Hayden’s work! This mechanic is the BEST I’ve ever been to! Loris is trustworthy, dependable, experienced, knowledgeable and very kind and expedient. I have found my mechanic and HIGHLY recommend these guys!! Can not recommend these guys enough! Loris and Eddie were very honest and straight forward with my car needed for repairs and were very kind and personable. They did not try to sell me on any parts my car didn't need and communicated every step of the way. Would highly recommend going here!

I have been taking cars here for 6 years and never once have they tried to upsell me on something that wasn't critical to my safety. On top of that, there have been no issues that were missed when they do my biannual oil change and check up. Good, honest people doing good, honest work. Customer for life.

Loris and Eddie's auto repair is a life saver! My car's engine light came on when I drove from Utah to Denver and I immediately pulled into their shop. They fixed the issue so quickly and gave me the best customer service experience. My car is back to running smoothly and I highly recommend!

'Secret Stash' level...they are that good. As in, I did not want to leave a good review so other people do not find out about it and I can keep taking my lemon of a car in there for quality, honest, and great maintenance repairs. Go here. They are communicative without 'man-splaining' things while still just showing you what is up, when needed, etc., i.e. let me know I needed a new air filter but did not try to sell me that since it is an easy fix on my own. Just go here. Tell a true friend about this place...if you do not like them send them to Eagle Automotive first and then have Lori and Eddie fix it afterward. Once again, just go here.

This place is easily the best in Denver. I had an emergency tow to their shop on Sunday and they had me out and fixed the next morning for free since they literally just need to replace a bolt or two. They even refused pay when I said I would like to pay them something at least. The only reason they would get less than 5 stars by a review is because that person missed and hit 4 stars instead of 5; pure accident.

As a young woman who knows nothing about cars, I am always nervous to go to mechanics alone because most mechanics take advantage of my ignorance. But Loris & Eddie's provided a safe space where you can tell the staff genuinely care about you and your safety. There was no manipulation and upselling, just amazing service and amazing work. These guys are legit. They’ve earned a permanent customer. Someone broke into my truck and tripped the anti-theft that couldn’t be shut off. Many other places didn’t want to do the work or charged an obscene amount. Dealership didn’t want to fix it. Loris & Eddie’s reset the CPU and replaced the steering column for a fair price and had the dealership reprogram my keys AND didn’t upcharge. Go here for all repair needs, you will not feel ripped off no matter how novice with cars you are.

Today I just went in for a car oil change, and they have been so wonderful and understanding and fast! Especially Loris, he has been super kind & understanding, giving out great customer service, attended to my car needs, and he finished the oil change as fast and efficiently as possible! Loris is great! Prices are reasonable & good price. 10/10 recommend this small business car shop.

Went in to have service on my vehicle..we had a small mishaps and was able to work it out. Lori is a stand up individual as well as the rest of the team! There word is bond and I recommend this garage all the way around! Not only do they have a customer for life but they have gained a friend. ......David.....

Flew in from Utah to look at a car and Loris was able to get me in for a pre purchase inspection on a Saturday! Loris was extremely helpful and walked us through everything. He even brought us out into the shop to look at some leaks and even showed issues on the body. 1000% recommend this place and saved me from a massive headache. $118 for the inspection which is a bit more than other places but I highly recommend! You get what you pay for! Very thorough and extremely helpful!

I called Loris & Eddie's Auto Repair on a Friday morning to get a pre-purchase inspection on a used vehicle. They were able to squeeze me in that afternoon and identified several major repairs needed. While the news wasn't what I wanted to hear, the staff was incredibly helpful and explained everything in detail. I was very impressed with their professionalism and commitment to their customers. If you're looking for an honest and thorough mechanic, I highly recommend giving them a call!

I was recommended this shop by my Mother. I took my car here for an inspection and repair after being offered a price I couldn't afford at Pep Boys. I live in Colorado Springs, but it was absolutely worth the risk of driving my car to Denver while it was in trouble. They are incredibly nice, thoughtful, considerate, and go above and beyond, checking in afterward to see how it all went. Plus, their phone number ends in 1111, what's not to love? ;) I don't know how she does it, but my Mother always finds the best mechanics. Thank you! 7 out of 5 stars.

Such nice people at Loris and Eddie’s, we took a minivan in for a pre-purchase inspection, and Loris found problems right off the bat with out even looking under the hood. He could have charged us for a full inspection but just sent us on our way. We will definitely be back in the future.

Amazing Service, went above and beyond and completely detailed my car when taking it in for a repair. Took it in to have the front end damage fixed after a small fender bender,. Looking for a smaller non-dealership repair shop i would recommend for a more personal touch. Also, followed up with me after the repairs were complete to check and offered to make any adjustments needed.

As a first time customer I was very pleased with my experience here, they were very transparent about the pricing and the work that needed to be done to my car. They even showed me the old parts that they exchanged and talked me through why it needed to be replaced. As a women walking into a new mechanic shop, this was very refreshing to work with a professional and spoken to like a human instead of being rushed and taken advantage of. Another mechanic was not able to identify the cause of a misfire and told me the car should be scrapped. Loris identified the issue and fixed it for a reasonable price. Honest and helpful, they will be my first choice of mechanic in the future

Excellent service. I used Loris & Eddie's for a 2nd time on my aging car: breaks, an oil leak, and serpentine belt. They were wonderful from the customer service (the woman at the front office is the best) in scheduling, to the diagnosis, repairs, keeping me posted on timelines, and even when I went to pick up the car when it was done. When I dropped it off, they got it up on the hoist right away even though they were busy. Since I was still there, Loris called me back to even show me the issues and how he could see some of the problems. I figured I needed new breaks and knew there was an oil leak. He showed me how he could see the oil leaking and how he'd determine where the leak was from. He also showed me that it was the rear breaks that were having the issue and how he knew there were problems. I've never had a repair company actually show me before, and it was very beneficial. It was all fixed promptly and at a fair price. I'll be returning.

Hit a sizable dip in the road that broke my rear control arm far away from home. Shop was super honest about the repair and costs. Even inspected the vehicle to make sure everything else was well. Worked well with my insurance and ordered parts quickly and made the repairs quickly. Customer service is on point. Can't ask for a better shop experience.

I have been looking for a good mechanic for a while. One thing I think makes a good shop is how they communicate with you. Loris did a great job of talking me through my issue and potential solutions. Minor repair this time but I’ll be back. Also, if you’re looking for a shop that can work on tall vehicles (10’ high) they can help you.

I have been searching for an alternative to the dealership which has become too expensive, and I’m so grateful to have found Loris and Eddie’s! I needed pretty extensive brake work done on my older SUV and they had it done in a day! Their price was on point and they were all super friendly! I appreciated that they didn’t give me a laundry list of “other things wrong” with my car at the end like the dealership would have. They are no-frills and it’s perfect! I would recommend this place to anyone and everyone! I’ll definitely be coming back!

Loris and Eddies is my go-to car repair shop in Denver! I've used them twice for two big jobs on my 12-year-old Subaru, and each time I was beyond impressed. Their work is solid, the price is fair, and the atmosphere and customer service can't be beat. Jackie is so great at communicating and making me feel cared for. It's always a treat to see their shop pug greet me too. Highly recommend!

This is probably the only place in town I feel confident taking my vehicle. Everyone is kind and decent, and they stand by their work. Loris & Eddie's is the best shop I've been to ever in my life!!! I had some standard maintenance to do and everything was priced fair. The work was done quickly and Loris communicated everything during the process. As a woman I know enough about a car to be dangerous, usually when I go to a shop they'll try to oversell me on services...not here, it's amazing to find a mechanic that is honest and wants to make sure my car is well maintained. Best part about Loris (seriously, they are flipping awesome) is that I had just run into a bollard and dented my door. He was able to remove the dents to prevent damage inside the door assembly for the winter and can do the rest of the damage repair in the spring when I save up for the fix. I'm so blessed to have found such a great person! If you're looking for a honest, communicative, caring mechanic, this is the shop :)

Went in to get my rear shocks replaced, differential and transmission fluids replaced. They did a wonderful job. Will come back for future services :)
