I am so appreciative of Raphael. I am Visiting from out of town with my children and I came to their shop due to issues with my battery. He was so professional and did a consultation so that I will be able to get the part fixed on my battery. I am super happy I stopped her. He’s definitely a life saver.

Traveling from VA to El Paso. Stop at Knoxville to rest. My car was making an awful sound around my breaks. Call the next morning, let Rafael the owner of the shop, what was going on. He was so nice, told us to go over, they checked everything, fixed the issue. Very good price as well. I highly recommend Los Amigos!
