Honesty is rare, but these folks are honest AND kind. I appreciated how easy it was to schedule an appointment, how in-depth Jeff was, and how well everything was explained (we chatted with a few people on their team). I couldn’t recommend their services more—we will be recurring customers!

The service I received was exceptional. My car’s issues were diagnosed within 30 minutes, and I was even shown pictures of problematic items. My vehicle was repaired while I waited in the cleanest most comfortable waiting area I’ve ever seen. I am a customer for life.

Car was working perfect. Took to get oil change. First they tried to charge me $200 until I showed them their price from their price list and they took $100 off. Weird. They asked if I want diagnostic test I said no, yet they proceeded to diagnose my car anyway. He said it’s a courtesy diagnostic yet I see in the reviews he charges $105 for diagnostic… funny. Worker told me the car is not drivable because I have a rear wheel tire on the front and claims my car is an all wheel drive so if I drive it will make the car malfunction. (He also said my other car was a fire/safety hazard but going thru comments I see he does this often) However my car is a rear wheel drive that was another lie. I refuse the service, I head back to work. I get out of car to realize my air suspension in the back was completely failed. I called and asked what happened man said the shop had nothing to do with it all they did was an oil change.. which is a lie I have picture proof they did full diagnostic without my permission. I took the car back and asked owner if my car had suspension problems before I came. He said no. I showed him the car and he admitted there was now a suspension problem that was not there before I came. I secretly recorded him and he admitted to my car not having this problem prior to their service. I asked him to fix it he said no. His workers tried to manually raise my suspension only for it to drop again. He asked why I cared since I already have someone buying the car? Huh? He insist it’s because the car is 4 wheel drive with a rear tire in the front, however I informed him that is a lie my car is only rear wheel drive he told me to have a nice day. Cls550 not 4matic he thinks he can lie if he assumes the customer doesn’t know better. Never do business with these people. He’s going to lie under this comment also. Everything I stated is exactly how it happened Edit: I declined your courtesy inspection when you asked. If I showed you coupon at checkout that just proves you inspected my car without seeing the coupon first. You did not say anything about my back suspension in my initial visit, in fact when I came back and asked you on camera if my car had suspension problems when I brought it in and you said no. I own this car the license plate is none of your business. You said you addressed my suspension concerns, however I listed a picture of my receipt which states I had no concern other than oil change. You said anything could’ve happened in the 4 hours I was gone but failed to mention I called within 30 minutes of leaving the shop on my initial visit when because I noticed my suspension was low when I got out of my car. Also.. my car is a safety hazard because my tire is too big? Also mention how you lied and said it’s because my car is 4 wheel drive and it’s real wheel drive. Acknowledge that. Also, mention you pumped my air suspension up in front of me when I returned, so when I left the second time the suspension will be raised on camera however I called within 5 minutes to let you know it had sunk to the ground again. Easily what you could’ve done the first time I left and it looked fine on camera. Which doesn’t change the fact that my car didn’t have any suspension problems in the back and you admitted on video recording. Also notice he lied and said I signed a document saying he could do a free inspection, he only sent digital estimate and no where on the estimate does it say free inspection. Don’t worry, you will be hearing from my lawyer

Needed an oil change. Saw online they had a coupon online and so me and my savings made an appointment. Fast, professional and honest service. Thankfully they include a FREE inspection or I wouldn’t have known how bad my brakes really were. Thank you again for keeping me and my family safe. The pictures of my “brakes” or what was left of them really let me see how close to disaster I was confidently cruising around on. LAS will continue to be the only place I take my car!! Finally a shop you can trust!! Love the honest services ,and Ava at the front desk is absolutely amazing. I wish more shops in Louisville would take note on how to win business and life long customers.

Highly recommended full service auto repair. My first interaction was when family was here from out of town and needed wheel bearings replaced on their older Toyota Prius, from walking in the door to out on the road was under two hours, Christmas week. Then this week, I hit a chunk of ice in my 2014 Honda Civic that knocked the engine splash shield loose, making a horrible noise. I looked and could see it was hanging down on one corner and required immediate attention to prevent a more extensive repair. I knew where to head, they had it up on the rack and examined within minutes and were able to easily bolt it back up into place, which they did free of charge. As part of the service, they did a free multi-point inspection and found my battery was low. As the temp was dropping to single digits the next morning, getting the battery replaced proactively likely saved me from getting stranded. In addition, I had been wondering what very expensive repair was needed on my audio system and had been delaying getting an estimate. It turned out, the issue was a result of the battery starting to fail; they reset my audio system and it is working normally. They did not charge me any extra for this. I will definitely be back, kind people, great service, great communication, reasonable price point, proactive and professional approach. Many thanks, Louisville Automotive!

I have been using the Louisville Automotive Shop for four years. They have performed numerous repairs and maintenance on my 16-year-old Toyota, which now drives like a new car. I am consistently pleased with my experience there. The service adviser, Jeff, was helpful during my recent visit last week. He patiently answered all my questions and offered valuable recommendations. The customer service at Louisville Automotive Shop is exceptional. The staff members are friendly and welcoming, and the shop is new and clean. I will return for all my future car repairs.

I was coming into town for the NCAA D1 championship game for volleyball when my car stalled. Being out of town, I researched area automotive garages to tow my car to - and Louisville automotive popped up with a 4⭐️. So I towed my car there. This was also during the holidays….and two days off during the week. When they diagnosed my car with the issue— they gave me enough time to decide what I needed to do. Louisville Automotive went above and beyond and I really appreciate their attention to detail. My son was from out of state and his truck had a wheel bearing fail which in turn took out multiple parts and destroyed the wheel. Louisville automotive not only fixed his truck but did the research and found him the exact matching aftermarket wheel so he didn't have to buy 4 or drive around with a odd ball wheel. I highly recommend this automotive shop for their top notch service and attention to detail.

I came in to get an oil change on my truck. Ava at the front desk is very pleasant to work with. Unfortunately the guys in charge are price gouging on an oil change and tire rotation. For an oil change and tire rotation they wanted over $400. Additionally they tried to charge taxes and “shop fees” on their services twice. I walked out. It’s a good looking shop. It’s a shame they are un ethical.

Really wonderful service and great customer experience. Manager is hands on and very kind person. I am not mechanic but the staff who work on cars explained to me perfectly without being condescending. Young lady at counter very pleasant to speak with. Snacks and tv and clean bath.

They are very thorough when inspecting vehicles. They are friendly and they are fast like your nearest 15 minute oil change place. They offer you pictures and descriptions of what is well and what needs maintenance. Very professional and great atmosphere!❤️

They were very polite and upfront about everything. Informed me of things to watch for and informed me if what could have caused my issues. What they said is what I had done. These people are awesome! Owner is present and on the shop floor working along side clean technicians! They helped me find issues with a recently bought car from a dealership. Also found a fast fix for the original problem I came in for. Trustworthy clean shop in an awesome location. Got me in right away! For all of that I am very grateful!
