WORST shop to work with they have a very rude and nasty customer service. I called to inquire on a price for getting a tuneup on my car and man I spoke with on the phone was so rude and dismissive I asked to speak with his manager and the manager hung up the phone in my face. I wouldn’t send a dog here do yourself a favor and go spend your money where it will be valued. TRUST ME I wish I could have left 0 stars

I was referred to this auto maintenance from Martin Muffler. Nate did the diagnostic and let me know what I needed to fix on my car. He gave me great advice about leaving my car there because it was leaking anti freeze. I left my car there for service and picked it up early in the afternoon. Great service and customer service. I will be back if I have any car troubles.

Had a jammed car door and we were put off by *6* places that couldn't help us. Adam and Rico had the car all done in 20 minutes. Kind, fast, and honest. These guys are my new go-to auto shop!!

Lou's auto is a great place to come to for all your mechanical needs. They have state of the art equipment and a truly knowledgeable and experienced team. From ADAS calibrations to mechanical work, they can do it all. If you send your vehicle to lous, you know your vehicle is in good hands. Lous is such a great shop that surrounding body shops use them for work. When you can't figure it out you can bet lous will get it done.

Horrible customer service! I was told Wednesday to come in Friday morning at 8 to get a diagnostics check but he never asked my name or the year, make and model of my vehicle! Something in me told me to call to make sure I could still take it in and the guy acted as if I was interrupting him then he tells me I can’t bring my car in to get looked at because “more cars came in”. He then proceeded to tell me I can only take my car to get looked at on Tuesdays or Wednesdays! I never got the chance to experience anything but being mislead, given false information and they didn’t even attempt to help me with anything!

CALLED TO GET WORK ON CAR; & THEY DON'T DO WARRANTY IT YOO BOUGHT OWN PART! BESIDEZ THAT, THEY DIDN'T HAVE THE DECENT TO CALL ME BK TO TELL HOW MUCH IT WOULD COST! 👎🏼

I took my car their for a diagnostic test. I don't think he ever moved the vehicle. From the parking spot. I told him what the main visible problems where and after 2 days he repeated the exact samething I said. He didn't tell me where the leaks were coming, what caused the leaks just get rid of it. My 1st thought was he didn't want to fix my car. But if that was the case he shouldn't have charged me $125 with no proof of his work or a complete diagnostic of the vehicle. He couldn't tell me what the other issues were that I don't know what to name because I'm not a mechanic. And I was referred to this place by Brach's on western. I should not have.paid him for the bulls**** diagnostic. It wasn't a diagnostic at all.

I went here because my dad told me they were good with engine work and they were!!! I was told by a Dodge that I needed a new engine on a a SUV I took in for a power issue an A/C check!! Yeah that wasn't happening so I took it to Lou's, and Bob was pretty knowledgeable about what was wrong and fixed it along with other minor things in a timely manner, and I must add the price was very reasonable for me. If I ever have car issues again I'm definitely going here again. Give them them a try, you won't regret it!!!

Stopped by to inquire about repairs on a 67 Belvedere ll The mechanic on duty was super nice and helpful and honestly, the guy was genuine. You don't find a lot of genuine mechanics who tell you what it is straight up. For sure when I get parts I need for my car, I'm going back here to have them installed by professionals that are honest. Being genuine means more than anything in business and these guys sure have made a new customer!
