Took my truck here ,Had a radiator leak from coolant,I had my oil changed several days before and fluids added at another shop,Well instead of misleading me they called me back,Explained they found the problem,The other shop put on the wrong cap,95$ is all they charged instead of some shops saying they had to change the radiator,This shop is honest and will always have my vehicles taken here

Brought in my 04 scion xb to get a diagnostic on what needs to be fixed in the future and get my third brake light changed. These guys are down to earth as they come, extremely sincere and humble. I recently moved to the area and was looking for a local mechanic and now have found one! Looking forward to bringing my car in again to get some well needed repairs :)!! Thanks again guys!

I cannot recommend Lovefield highly enough! I brought my BMW in for so many issues over the last couple of years, and Javier and his other excellent mechanics always fixed it quickly and for a reasonable price. They're honest and do great work.

The bottom plastic cover underneath my car got loose and started scraping across the ground. It was a quick fix and the team there was super friendly and helpful. The prices are fair and I will definitely be coming back. When you arrive you can park your car at an empty lane and walk into the office through the garage to speak with the owner.

Very Werid guy I went in on Last Wednesday to get a quote on my Benz he told me 720$ to fix my Oxygen o2 sensor , fuel pump , an injector , which I thought was lil over prices because u did bring my own parts , so any I bring them today on 7/10/24 on next Wednesday he told he come early because. They gonna be 4/5 long fixing well I stay far I told him , so me an my puppy just sit inside the office they was moving very slow working on cars moving slow , after 9 or 10 just sitting he comes ask me if I’m wait I been told him 2x yes !! So then he ask for my keys , to my Benz then , 30 min say show me your parts which he seen everything last week , remind you , then I go back in office sit , he comes back say the fuel pump I ordered don’t fit my Benz when I purchase my drive shaft an Orther parts off eBay , they didn’t even put it in to see if I was fitting or not , so the guy that was supposed fix say I do these all time it’s not gonna work well I buy all my parts ounce again off eBay I put the correct year an model in there it pull that up !! So then the owner start talking fast saying that not from Benz I told him u knew already , get mad say you know what we not putting no parts in her car drive it out after I wasted my whole day morning here , from Aurbery Texas very rude , try run game on people an if you go there make sure y ask him if he having good day cus he was very rude

Let me tell you why I drive 40 minutes to go to Lovefield. I've tried to find a local mechanic in Plano for years. The good ones are insanely expensive, and everyone else I've tried can't seem to fix my car correctly. I started going to Lovefield about 7 years ago, and I've never had a bad experience. The rate feels fair, and the mechanics have never failed to identify and fix the issues I'm having with my car. I hate driving nearly 1.5 hours round trip, but it is so worth it. Highly recommend!

My family and our many cars over 10+ years have never worried about where to take our post warranty vehicles, mostly Nissans and Toyotas, we take them to Love Field Auto Repair and receive good service at a good price. They will scam you out of your money. In my recent experience I went here and thoroughly explained my problem and their solution was to “reprogram” my car/battery in which they charged me $75. Now all they did was plug a tablet into my car and pressed a button, literally only takes a few seconds. I even had my car “reprogrammed” prior to for free. The reason why they needed to reprogram: They said since auto zone removed the negative cable from my battery, all I needed was it to be reset (reprogrammed) and then it will stop cutting out on me after 10 mins of being idle/driving…. That was a lie I went to an actual dodge dealership/service and all I needed was a new battery. It’s telling that this shop could not figure that out. It’s telling that as soon as I got in my vehicle, I was experiencing the same problem and they still charged me $75. It’s telling that they only spent a total of 5-10 mins with my vehicle but still charged me for a service that didn’t resolve my issue. I should’ve left initially due to the language barrier. I don’t think anyone there spoke English which made it easier to get over on me. I was working directly with the owner and I’m highly disappointed in how they got over on me as a woman especially when I’ve explained that I’ve already lost money at 2 other auto shops. I’d never recommend anyone to go here. They only care about the money.

Left car before closing and done before noon next day!!!! “Jackie” ‘2010 G37x engine started missing suddenly on freeway got to my exit and performance of car was poor car has 183k miles has been trouble free since I purchased car with 20k miles on it in 2013 this shop has worked on the brakes and other lil items and every time this shop pulls through five stars all the way straight shooters here if anyone gives a bad review in my experience it’s because they themselves are idiots or don’t have any idea on how to maintain a vehicle.

I cannot say enough great things. After moving to Texas it has been so hard to find a trustworthy mechanic who will not true to overcharge you. A prior mechanic oversaw my worn brakes on 3 inspections and finally caught it once they had scratched my rotors beyond repair. They quoted me $1,100 which was ridiculous. I was instead referred to Javier by a friend and it was such a wonderful experience. They were so kind, reasonable, and got me in and out. I am so grateful for their help and will definitely be returning!!☺️

I went there to replace my coolant hose a long time ago. They changed my hose without flushing out my old coolant, and just filled with a different color coolant. They told me is totally fine when I asked the technician (guess he is the boss) there. Today my coolant system got exploded because the two different coolent precipitated and totally blocked my cooling pipe. A terrible experience......

No. First as a star . then came the second truck repair/ a falling star. I took my truck in for an A/C repair. I was told that they had to add freon & a die to find a leak and that they would repair it for $ 100.00 after the leak was found .and mind you I dealt with javier or j.r. which I found out the R was for RUDE! He was very pleasant At the first repair $ 600.00 to replace a gas pump. But this time He was a greasy tyrant, vocals amped up he told me that the condenser was out and would cost $200.00 extra and I mentioned about me being quoted &100.00 for the repair and he literally swelled up eyes red and told me that that was for the Freon. I questioned him $100.00 dollars for Freon that's ridiculous in which he vocally in my face responded Freon ain:t free! I quickly knew that this conversation (I use the word loosely) just turned into a dog chasing it's tail he then commenced telling me that everybody says that they can do the work so go on do it yourself!! SO RUDE after he pocketed my money . So he just stood there at my hood clamoring out loud no hope no concern about mt repairs I silently lowered my hood to my truck and walked around greedy RUDE little Facade of a man quietly got into my truck and drove away. no A/C no $100.00. I am a well balanced Good natured none violence individual. I do not lie, I am honest and this man is dishonest and RUDE and a facade . True Story . Con/Safos

JR did great and speedy work. Took it in first thing at 8 AM and they had the issue fixed by noon. I had a rear window that wasn't operating and they diagnosed and fixed quickly. They also took a look at another issue just to see its severity. Great work by them!

My 2014 Ram Promaster Van was overheating. They diagnosed the problem and fixed it in a couple of hours. Dual fan assembly was shot. Saved my day.
