If I could give 0 stars I would do it just a bunch of unprofesional guys here that are sitting in the office for the past 3 hours not doing anything and I am here waiting for them to start f... working on my truck 40min more and I am leaving

oh, I believe every negative comment. For some reason almost every Loves mechanic shop is like this I've been too. So when this happened to me, I've waited for 5 hrs and realized nobody was coming to my truck and everyone else was getting service even though I checked in way before a couple customers before. So I sat inside the lobby and made sure the manager and Co workers see me. after 30 minutes or or so after listening to the unprofessionalism in that lobby between the workers they finally asked what I needed after a shift change. They said there was no order for my truck even tho I spoke with someone 6 plus hrs before. It took them 30 minutes to change my tire. I figure if you're in the truck sitting or resting, they will not notify you it is your turn for service. I will never go back. I did have 1 good encounter with a loves shop in Thousand Palms, CA. Much love to them! They jump started my truck in 15 min. after letting them know. I tipped

After sitting all day for a PM was told wouldn't get to my truck until the next morning, parked across the bay where they preform such service was empty about 40% of the time looks like pore management and bad attitudes with the employees.

Checked in on Friday 8:30 am for a DOT inspection, the guy told me it would be a little wait he had a few trucks ahead of me but I’m fine with that. I check about 14:00 says one truck ahead of me. At 16:00 I seen the techs leave so I check with the night crew he said he isn’t qualified to do it and don’t know why the day shift didn’t give me a call saying he wasn’t going to be able to do my inspection. I stayed overnight because I was already there it was getting late and wasn’t going to drive 30+ miles just to wait some where else. Saturday 8:00 am I check in and the guy says he already has a few trucks in line and I explained to him I had been waiting since the previous morning for a call and never got one. He couldn’t find my paperwork where I already checked the previous day , though I plainly seen it on the clipboard when I went in at 16:00 the day before, so I assume someone tossed out, but he offered to do my inspection first since I had been waiting so long. Mostly upset because of lack of professionalism at this location but the young guy really made a good impression trying to make things right the next morning.

Pulled in with a blown radiator and tech said he could do it. Manager said there was one truck in front of me. Manager then closes work order and doesn't call my company or myself. Another driver came into the truck stop looking for me and said the maintenance shop was looking for me. Tech said truck needed move out of the bay. Both techs working that day said they didn't like the new manager. Had to get a tow to another shop. Manager also said racial slur, very professional here.

Was on the waiting list and waited for more than ten hours without any news
