Absolutely the worst I've experienced. Waited 6 hours for a tire got pulled in only then did they find out they didn't have it. Sent us to another shop without fixing the broken slack adjuster. So we had to come back in the next morning at 6. The mechanic didn't show up till 8:30 and still said he had to change into work clothes. Took him over 2 hours to get us out. He only bothered to check if he had the parts till after he spent an hour and 45 minutes getting the broken one off.

Only one tire tech on duty and he got called out as I was setting up the repair, three hours later he was on his way back. They said they tried to call me and I don't doubt that but I never received a call and had an appointment I had to keep. Will have to get it fixed tomorrow.
