Small inside, bathrooms were clean during the morning when I stopped. It would be nice if they had a better selection of beer and also if they had bundles of firewood.

Went in for a repair on trailer. A bit of a wait but worth it. Excellent customer service, very helpful gentleman at the front desk and respectful. Mechanic was knowledgeable.

Awesome, not anymore... So I have been to two other Loves before getting here, I am already upset 😡 and trying to calmly explain what I need for the trailer, which had a screw in the trailer tire. These mechanics decided to interrupt my conversation with the service representative that was writing up my work order to ask me how long I have been a truck driver. Not only that they considered it rude that I didn't answer their question. Can you believe that! When they were the ones who interrupted my conversation with the service representative. Where do they find these people 🤔??? P.S. not only that they said they wouldn't fix my tire because I wouldn't answer their question!!! Seriously... What does how many years have I been a truck driver have to do with information on my trailer tire getting fixed, then I left... I thought for sure I would be able to get my tire fixed here, instead of asking me personal questions I think I would be more worried about what will happen when Lake Meade dries up and you have no water??? Manager if you don't believe me, review the video??? June 8th 10am your time...

This loves kind of sucks. Their showers are always breaking down and their fountain drinks and coffee machines too. The only good thing is they have plenty of parking in the back.

This is not a very well maintained place. Everything has inches of grime on it, they never whipe the doors or knobs. The bathrooms were dirty, filled with trash. The grounds have trash and stains all over. So many employees for it took look like this. The coffee bar was not stocked, and dirty. The shelves inside the freezer empty and the staff VERY VERY un friendly.

Excellent job by manager Jaeden and his team! Purchased a set of Michelin steer tires from them. Jaeden took the time to explain everything in detail, even inflated my tires to 110 when I requested it with no attitude or anything like that. I was back on the road in an hour or so. Highly recommend this place!

Great experience here. Repaired our trailer air line promptly. In and out under 2 hours. 207.97$ Great job Loves. Highly recommend this shop. Decent, hardworking, knowledgeable staff.

I have seen that the truck care center is often very busy servicing many large semi trucks. I tried to get some work done on my RV but they were not certified for such things... too bad but otherwise they seem very professional and competent.

It's late and I would like to take a nap while they take their sweet time replacing a tire and was told I could stay in the truck. Something that should take 15-30mins max will more than likely take them over an hr cause of their retarded procedures. I use England's tire service (their national account), tire is already paid for yet they need to send photos over to a company I don't work for and wait for approval for something they have no say on. So let's see how long this takes

Shop members were honest with waiting line. Once we sent our driver there they have checked the tire and didn't charge for that. We appreciate their work and recommend everyone. The Tire shop was awesome.
