He hecho dos servicios de reparación, y el último sentí falta de profesionalidad,y los precios excesivamente altos, desmotivacion en acto mecánico en si y poca limpieza en el servicio… hoy no lo recomiendo

A You parece no importarle sus clientes más de una semana para arreglar el auto e igual quedó con un ruido molesto voy a reclamar amablemente y hace como si no le importara definitivamente triste con el servicio

Went here last year 2022 and it was okay not great. I went there today 10/04/23 and I will never return. If my car stops running in front of this place I will have it towed to a different shop. I will tell everyone I know about todays experience. No one should be disrespected nor belittled. I told them not to complete the work, I did not want them to touch my car any longer and I wanted to leave and not take that kind of treatment. I was there for five hours. It was to be a bumper to bumper inspection and advise me of all necessary work and costs and this did not occur. I was told what they chose to tell me. I will be taking my car to a reputable establishment for what they did not complete which is plenty. I enjoy paying to have my vehicle in tip top shape. However, they do not need my money nor I will ever pay them for anything. Should you want to see it for yourself be ready for disorganization, lack of communication, walking in circles, and if you bring anything negative to their attention they will lie and mumble under their breath ugly words. Word to the wise, do not leave your car and return whenever they tell you it’s ready. Stay the entire time as I did. There is a God and everyone who does bad will be made accountable in the presence of God. May God bless you both. Note: I put one star because this would not post without at lease one star however I do not give any stars. Zero. I will not accept any reply from this place therefore do not bother.

I went for them to fix my flat tire and they apparently fixed it. 30 minutes later the flat tire was still flat and when I came back they said they don’t do guarantee. Worst service ever DO NOT GO HERE

Dedicated service. My son's alternator bearings froze up on his car as he got to work. I drove up to help him but I could see it would require a mechanic. Since we don't live in the area I had to Google search for repair shops and Fred's was close by with good reviews. I called and explained the situation and he said that he could take care of it. He recommended a tow truck driver, which we called, and he came promptly and charged $60 for the tow, which I felt was reasonable. We got to Fred's around 1:00 and one of his mechanics said he would check the car when he finished another car. We went next door to get lunch at Flannigan's. When we got back he said that, yes, it needed a new alternator and serpentine belt and gave us the cost estimate. We were okay with that and said yes to the repair. Unfortunately they had difficulty in finding an auto parts with the alternator in stock and they didn't get it until almost 6:00. But they stayed past closing hours to get the job done and allow my son to drive home to Homestead. I really appreciated their willingness to stay late and get the job done.

I definitely recommend Fred auto repair! Excellence of a service they are there to help you out .Joe was an amazing person fix my tire right away! When other places would not even look at the problem for me to spend money on new tire but Fred Auto Repair it's full of goohearted people with a passion in their job,therefore thank you Joe for everything I appreciate it!👍🙂

My 08 Dodge Dakota wouldn't start. They diagnosed and repaired it. Afterwards, they noticed that the serpentine belt was nearly dry rotted through. They replaced it as well. Who knows how bad that could've been! While we were waiting on the belt to be delivered, I asked them to check the bearings because they had recently been making some noise. All the services were fairly priced and the work was done efficiently. I highly recommend this place to everyone. Great group of guys! Se habla inglés!

Yoel is a good mechanic onest guy your car is fix one the problem it came too the shop not the same excuse as others as i call them parts changers freds shop is a very onest and good job is done i very strongly recomend evryone to this shop .
