Great experience from my first phone call to the shop to the completion of the repairs needed!!! I am an out of state parent to an LSU student and I needed someone I could trust to be honest and efficient in repairing my daughter's car. L&S was recommended in my LSU parent group so we gave them a call. L&S diagnosed my daughter's 2015 Subaru issue got the parts (control arms needed replacement) and had it repaired and back to us within 24 hours. We will definitely recommend and use L&S again for our automotive repair needs! Matt provided me with excellent customer service and the shop itself is very organized. L&S customer for life!

At L&S, the staff was very helpful. I was able to drop my car off over the weekend and leave the key in a drop box. I got a call before noon on Monday telling me what the main problem was but also some other minor issues that can wait a little longer. The part was ordered, my car fixed,and I was able to pick it up Wednesday afternoon. I was very pleased that it was done in a timely manner and I didn't have to wait in line for a week or longer.My engine light is off, I have new breaks, and my car is running great. All thanks to the crew at L&s!

Can’t say enough good things about the team here. Brought my car here after going to a few places around BR who could never diagnose and solve the proper issues occurring with my car. They found every and any issue or part needing replacing or maintenance and made my old 2015 vehicle feel brand new. I swear it has never driven so smooth. While some $$ was spent, given everything I had done it was well worth it. They added 10 more years of life to my little car! Shoutout to Matt for helping me through it and answering all my calls and questions!

Front brakes and rotors replaced. Brake fluid flushed. Excellent service. Service was performed in the timeframe agreed upon. Very pleased with the work. I can definitely tell a difference in brake response. Thanks L&S!

Great communication from start to finish. Fair and thorough evaluation and diagnosis with work done as they promised while being on time. Even had a shuttle to get me home from drop off. Now that my car is out of warranty, I found a trustworthy mechanic shop to rely on.

This was my first time using L&S and I was extremely satisfied. They got my truck in and out very quickly and the price was reasonable. They called me every afternoon to update the status or my repair. You don’t get this kind of service anymore!!

I had an excellent experience at family owned and operated L & S Autimotive on Jefferson Hwy. I had an appointment at 2 pm for an oil change. They started working on my car exactly on time and finished promptly. Everyone was courteous and professional. I will definitely be back!

Honest and attentive staff- Matt and Rachael were patient and upbeat. Quality workmanship-my engine bay was clean and tidy when I got it back. Fair pricing- they replaced a battery in my key fob for free. This is the only place I will take my family’s vehicles. Turned my car around very quickly even with the holidays. Look no further, this is the best shop in town!

I have used L& S for the past 4 .5 years. They give fast, efficient and quality service. They are proactive at identifying problems with your vehicles. I have 2 vehicles that are at least 20 years old and they do a great job of keeping them maintained. The turnaround time for your vehicle repair is excellent. The average repair is done the same or day and day and a half. I used to have my vehicle repaired at place where you waited in line for assessment or it was "we can't get to you today". Where i used to go was cheaper, but I paid for it in every way. Cheap service ,cheap parts and costly to my time. You get what you pay for. So you better get L & S!

PHENOMENAL service, EXPERT mechanics, OUTSTANDING customer service. I own a 2011 Cadillac CTS coupe needing a timing change, motor mounts, and transmission mounts. The quality of work that was done is unmatched. The expertise diagnosis of the vehicle... accurate. The transparency given from Matt...Godsend. This company and the service is PHENOMENAL. My car runs so smoothly and well, I can't feel if the car is running (engine on) or not. I will bring every vehicle we own to this company. I TRUST L&S with my vehicle comfortably with no worries. I tried this place out because I got a coupon in the mail, and I’m very glad I did. I went in for an oil change and tire rotation, and the service was quick, reasonably priced, and professional (and I got a nice discount with my coupon.) The staff was super friendly and seemed much more welcoming and trustworthy than some other shops I’ve been to. Overall a great experience and I’ll definitely be back.

I was impressed by all the communication tools that L&S used before and after my automotive service appointment! Afterwards I also received details of other items found with detailed explanations and my option to approve or deny those services. While I was waiting for my vehicle someone new came in to have their vehicle serviced. When asked how they chose L&S, the person said it was because they had the most reviews. For me, it was nice to be able to schedule my oil change and have my vehicle ready before an important meeting that day. Plus, they are right down the street from me.

L&S and Matt did an outstanding job! Communication was great, pricing was reasonable, and the mechanics are awesome. They found and corrected my vehicle’s issue when another shop in town couldn’t even diagnose what was wrong. These guys are true mechanics, not just part changers. Thank you guys!
