I tried this place out because I got a coupon in the mail, and I’m very glad I did. I went in for an oil change and tire rotation, and the service was quick, reasonably priced, and professional (and I got a nice discount with my coupon.) The staff was super friendly and seemed much more welcoming and trustworthy than some other shops I’ve been to. Overall a great experience and I’ll definitely be back.

Getting help with auto repairs and maintenance is easy with L&S. They answer the phone quickly, listen to your problem, and focus their years of experience to help solve the problem. I never feel pressured to purchase unnecessary products or services...I trust them.

I was impressed by all the communication tools that L&S used before and after my automotive service appointment! Afterwards I also received details of other items found with detailed explanations and my option to approve or deny those services. While I was waiting for my vehicle someone new came in to have their vehicle serviced. When asked how they chose L&S, the person said it was because they had the most reviews. For me, it was nice to be able to schedule my oil change and have my vehicle ready before an important meeting that day. Plus, they are right down the street from me.

L&S and Matt did an outstanding job! Communication was great, pricing was reasonable, and the mechanics are awesome. They found and corrected my vehicle’s issue when another shop in town couldn’t even diagnose what was wrong. These guys are true mechanics, not just part changers. Thank you guys!

So happy to have an auto service I can trust with computerized diagnostics, no fluff, and I also get promotional coupons for great discounts like 40% off oil changes and others. Plus, if I’m not able to wait for service they offer to give you a ride to the nearby shopping area which has lots of different stores, including Rouses, Starbucks, Orangetheory, fitness, massage, envy, etc.. I definitely recommend L & S automotive for your auto servicing needs.

Staff was friendly and great. I schedule all of my oil changes with L & S so that I can receive the 5 star treatment on my truck. And they review my vehicle for other potential problems that we need to be aware of for the next visit.

This place was amazing, efficient, and friendly! I loved the texting feature, told them what I thought was wrong and when I could bring it in, and I also got notifications when my car was ready. The people were nice and informative. Also fairly priced, the best part is I had the option to pay in smaller portions which is incredibly helpful for big things like fixing your car since it can add up. Overall, great experience!

Matt and the team at L&S diagnosed our Alternator failure on our Jeep Cherokee and had it replaced promptly. We had our oil changed while we were there and it was priced competitively. We plan to use them on our car repairs moving forward.

Most of the time it's a good idea to make an appointment. However, L&S have not disappointed in their efforts to give the most excellent customer service.
