They really really helped me out, Omar didn't rip me off, overheard me talking about my kids and stuff , knew I was a single divorced mom and did not take advantage of me, my regular mechanic was going to charge me 4,000 for a new motor, not Omar less than 1,000 got my car safe and running!!!!! This will be my permanent mechanic, thank you guys

LS&R came through in the clutch for me like no other. I tried to remove a misfiring spark plug only to find it was over-torqued -- it broke off in the head of the engine. I tried my dealership to no avail, so I went to LS&R, because they did my brakes and rotors in the past with no issue and pure professionalism. Something that I don't feel happens often, happened here when my engine was on the fritz. They kept me informed the entire way through the process, which was so much shorter than I thought it would be. The head of the engine needed to be removed in order to get the plug out. While in there, they also showed me a severely deteriorating timing chain. They showed me pictures, videos, and even let me see and take the parts in person. Those are going to the dealership to get my money back. Most people fear taking their cars to the shop because something always gets found, but that's life. I'd rather it get found sooner than later. The chain had practically chewed through its seating. That would've caused the engine to fail in its entirety. All in all, what would usually take weeks to do, they made happen in 4 days. Yeah, being temporarily without a car sucks, but being permanently without one is worse. They made sure my car came back with new life. It's snappy as ever thanks to this crew. I'm officially with LS&R as long as they're in business. This team is the real deal.

My 2019 Sorento was shaking from 30-70mph and the mechanics diagnosed and solved the problem that afternoon. Even went out to pick up the required parts for me to ensure I got out in a timely manner! Couldn’t be happier

This is probably the best experience I've ever had when taking my car to a mechanic. The guys are super friendly and professional, the office is clean, and they were able to get me an appointment within a couple days (which they were ready for!) and got my car fixed in a couple of hours. They were transparent with the pricing and the entire process was super easy. Hopefully I won't need a mechanic again anytime soon but when that time comes, I'll be coming back here.

LS&R Auto Repair did a great job replacing my brakes. Started with a diagnostic test to ensure the health and wellness of my vehicle. Very detailed and described the process every step of the way. Got a replacement engine for a 20 year old honda civic. I can't say enough good things about this place. Leon kept me up to speed throughout the process. When I picked it up he goes over all that they did. Really nice guy, and he even called me the next day to make sure I didn't have any problems. Really a top shelf place. Thanks guys!

We took our mini-van to this shop for the first time and we were not even there for 10 minutes before the mechanic started our vehicle before taking it into the back of his lot. All of a sudden, he didn't realized the emergency break was on and he started pulling the hood and every other knob until we told him to release the emergency break. Instead of him gently pressing his foot down, he either pulled it up, or pushed it down so hard that he popped the break cord. He said "it wasn't his fault and it shouldn't have broken that easily." We never ever had a problem with our emergency breaks. He refused to take responsibility for what had happened and was planning to charge us $200. to fix it along with the other work we were originally planning to get done. I was infuriated. So much for supporting black-owned businesses. Have integrity, take responsibility, and take the loss. He also drove the customers vehicles carelessly when taking their vehicles out of his garage to the back of his lot. I mean, fast and furiously. He seemed cordial but he has a heavy foot.

I want to say the service at LS&R auto is wonderfully amazing. I love that they open up early and the owner and the staff are very friendly. They have coffee and you get a full break down of parts and time on whats needed to be done after you explane what issues you are having. They inspect the issue/issues and I was able to be given a peace of mind that the job will be finished. I’m very selective on who works on my car which is an Audi and they have done an amazing job of keeping me and my car on the road. I recommend they service to all 💪🏾💯💯
