My GMC Yukon starter went out and I had to get it towed back to my home in North Gate. I called Lua to see if they could travel to my residential to complete the fix and they did it the next day at a very affordable price. These are very skilled, hard-working individuals who deserve good clientele.

I was on my way to Pueblo from Loveland in the middle of the night and my brakes went from fine to extremely weak very suddenly. Had to get towed to this place and hope they had an opening on a Saturday. I walked in on Saturday morning to see and they immediately brought my car in and took a look. They said it was one of two parts. When the first one didn't work, they didn't charge me for it and immediately ordered the other one and got it fixed by the end of the day. Very rare to walk into an auto repair shop the same day and leave with your car fixed, especially on a weekend. Very friendly people and recommended their services if you're in that area.

I took my 2012 Nissan Altima in and man are they on top of there work. They are efficient and have the expertise to get the job done right. I had my CV replaced. New shocks and Struts as well. They are my go to place and I have been recommending them to everyone that I know needs work done on a vehicle. For less than the other shops my car has never driven better. I took my 2018 Jeep in and they ran the diagnostics and fixed a link for me for a fraction of what I thought it would be. Highly recommended.

I'm always very leery of mechanics because of prior experiences I've had. Someone recommended Lua Auto Repair to me and I decided to give them a call. Josue answered and I explained what was going on with my car. He assured me he would get me taken care of, and he absolutely did! Not only did he go completely out of his way to help me out and make sure my car got to his shop, he replaced my alternator the next morning at a significantly lower cost than what I was quoted elsewhere! He thoroughly tested it to make sure the problem was fixed so that I wouldn't have any other issues. He again went out of his way to make sure I got my car back so that I didn't have to take an Uber to get it. His genuine kindness and care was a true blessing to me, and now he's won a repeat customer. I will be going back to Lua for my future car repair needs! He didn't try to upsell or push anything on me as many mechanics do. Thank you, Josue for the great job you do!

Joshua and his crew were fast and VERY reasonably priced! Nice and lolite and did the work perfectly. One job I drove there and work done in 10 minutes! These guys are great! Highly recommend them.

This shop is seriously awesome! Josh replaced my brakes and rotors on my RAM and made me feel comfortable while I waited. Really nice guys here and very reasonable prices. Will definitely bring my pickup here from now on.

Honest and knowledgeable and he didn't gouge us! This type of mechanic is HARD to find! Fortunately after trial and error, we found one. Josh was patient and kind with my teen son, and he explained everything. He provided us with the best service possible. Josh truly went above and beyond.

LUA Auto comes through for me again (previously replaced my power steering pump and replaced my driveshaft today).... Brought my husbands 2016 Cadillac CTS-V in for a weird rattling sound. Josue looked into the problem and diagnosed the issue within an hour. He had a solution for us and my husbands car was fixed by end of day the next day. Excellent service and very knowledgeable. Ask for Josue.

My truck broke down on a road trip back home and I came across this repair shop, great experience. I didn’t know what I was going to do. I didn’t know anyone in the city and all the repair shops were closing. Not only did they stay opened to help me but they got it done as quick as possible and I think they got my truck running better than when I first got it. THANK YOU!

Very satisfied with the work done in my Mercedes vehicle I was so lucky to find them. Usually when you are a girl and you go to a mechanic shop, they tell you lies about your car and charge you a gang of money. But not them.. josue was very profecional And told me that it was just a loose cable that need it to be in the battery. Not to mention my husband does not know how to speak English I'm usually the one that translates for him all the time but they also speak spanish! that made it much Easier for us. I didn't even pay a $100 for the service . I highly recommend this shop and their people they're just amazing and know what they're doing Especially when you take your Mercedes vehicle A lot of the mechanic shops here don't do well with Mercedes vehicles I usually had to take it to the dealer but not anymore.. It was a blessing meeting you guys 🙏 and I would definitely come back for more service.
