I had a flat tire and pulled into the lube center . Let me tell you , I had an amazing customer experience . They don’t change tires but Felite called around to find me a tire, took my old tire off , drove to NTB and picked me up a tire and put it on . This guy deserves praise along with the other two guys that work there . They were so pleasant . Thank you for all you do guys ..

The same guys have been working here for years and they’re such a great group! Quick, knowledgeable, don’t pressure you to buy anything and are honest! I’ve been coming in for 15+ years, only place I’d take my vehicle for an oil change other than doing it myself!

Met by a black man who was discourteous, pants hanging low and obviously had been drinking. The manager shared that he and a friend were getting happy sitting in a car outside. They incorrectly performed a tire rotation but I was afraid to comment. This occurrd Saturday afternoon around 4:30 on 2/5. I will not be returning and would like to have my rotation redone correctly.
