No pun intended, but this place is a well-oiled machine! There are two lines when you drive in. The right line is for a smog check and the left line is for oil changes. Once you line your car up in cue, someone will register you, then you go inside and wait. You can watch your car through the window. This place also checked my engine air filter and replaced it. Be sure to look for coupons in your neighborhood ads for additional discounts. Staff is super friendly and helpful. The guys who worked on my car are fast and professional. This is one of those few locations where they do not need to jack your car up to change the oil. There is a pit underneath the car where they can easily have access. If you're picky about your oil, you can bring your own and they'll do it! Otherwise they use Quaker State. There are also clean indoor and outdoor waiting areas while you wait. Easy in and out!! A well deserved 5 stars out of 5 at this establishment. Temporarily no "Star" Smog Testing at this time. Updated Jan 2025

This review is long overdue. The boys and girls at Lube Xpress and smog Have been taking care of me, my family, and anyone I send to them for years. It is my go to smog check as well as speedy oil change service in town. Ask for Joey or Rob or anybody and tell them the Admiral sent you.

I used to go in to get my oil changed. I went in on a Saturday, went home and parked the car till Monday when i went to work. I started to come home(100 mile drive) and my no oil pressure light came on. It was full of oil. I had my car towed to the Ford dealers. Upon inspection they found the oil pump chain had broke sending pieces into the motor ruining it. The motor had to be replaced. It only had 80,000 miles on the motor. Not saying they caused it but you have to question it. They are fast though. Found out later that there was a recall on the motor.

Came here, more expensive than any other places around at 73 for smog… got there and waited ten min for someone to acknowledge me, then ten mintutes after that nobody had even touched my truck yet, so i looked T my paperwork and all the info except truck model was Wrong! I went in and nbosy knew where my paperwork was so i can leave then finally i found the girl who had it on break… so i left…

Always a great experience here. Mechanics are fast and honest, and clearly care about both your car and you. In a few years, I might have to move to a different area, but I will most likely end up driving all the way here for car maintenance. I can’t imagine going anywhere else.

I had a quick and hassle free experience here. With mechanics, for me they’re hard to trust, especially when you’re no dummy yourself when it comes to cars. Compared to spending over 80 bucks at jiffy lube with long waits, and unnecessary and unrequested “services”, my high mileage commuter was in and out in less than 30 minutes and runs so smooth! Rob was very helpful with excellent service skills and knowledgeable insight! Will be coming back for future services! Thank you!
