These guys are so awesome! They were able to recognize the issue that I was having with the tire that I had, which was installed by another mechanic (who I won’t be going back to), and replaced it with another tire, in which was tested before installation.

They said they checked all my fluids after the oil change, I went back to double check and none of them were full. I was just there less then 2 months prior and had fantastic service from Sean. I went in and asked for Sean and was told he was on vacation for a week. I then told them I wanted the same service as last time and when the bill came it was over $10 what I had payed prior. I was then informed that I had to have paid less this time because they lowered their credit card fees. I asked him to pull up my last receipt and after seeing it he said they had just raised the price for an oil change with full synthetic. He offered to refund me the difference and I accepted, then he asked me if I knew how to reset my code myself and never refunded me the difference. Definitely felt shady af!!

Despite being very busy, Joe and Shawn acknowledged me right away, offered to take care of my service, answered all my questions, made recommendations and provided timeframes. I went there two weeks ago and the one who was changing the oil told me that the water pump didn’t work and he told me that my car would overheat. And I took my car to another mechanic and the mechanic told me that the other mechanic from Lube Xpress 2 pieces out my car without my permission and that caused my car to overheat. And lube xpress charge me around $800 to fix it and my mecanic just charge me around $200 so be careful.

If I could give zero stars I would. These people completely stripped my lug nuts and damaged my sensors when I placed a complaint they totally gaslighted me. Telling me it was already like that. As if I didn’t know my one vehicle. Liars! Liars be very wary it costed me more going here then it was worth.
