Wind caught our hood just before crossing the Chicago Skyway in 40-mile per hour winds, snow, and sub-zero temps—we hadn’t realized it wasn’t fully latched when we left home (had gotten the oil changed that morning). We couldn’t get it to latch ourselves so pulled off the next exit and found Luchas Auto repair on Google Maps because it was close by and had good reviews. These folks were so kind and fixed the problem within minutes, explained what had gone wrong so we could fix it ourselves if the problem recurred, then didn’t charge us. So responsive, effective, and generous! We paid them anyway but also hope this review will pay it forward.
