By far the best and most honest car care center around. I initially had my car serviced here solely out of convenience, but--even after moving into an entirely different parish--I still only use and trust this facility w/ my car. Can't recommend enough.

We needed a lot of work done on our vehicle. Not only was it completed quickly, and with excellent care, but the technician prioritized our vehicle when he learned it was our only working car at the time. Very grateful for this business, and the people who work here. I would recommend them to anyone needing work done in their vehicle in the Baton Rouge area.

After many bad experiences at other car shops it was a relief to finally find a family recommended trustworthy and competent mechanic. Jesse was very kind, honest, and professional. At Lucky Car Care they not only addressed my concerns with my car but they got to the real root of the ongoing problems I had been having since I had a much older car. Thanks to their honest advice I was able to repair and sell my car for a decent amount before another costly repair would have been needed. Highly recommend!

Appointment was made to bring vehicle in and we brought it in that day. Work was done in a very timely manner and a very reasonable price. All work performed was documented on our receipt. I will definitely use Lucky’s again.

There’s not many HONEST, RELIABLE repair shops in Baton Rouge but this place is truly a gem! Jesse is a great guy and you can tell he genuinely loves his work. I took in my 05 Honda Accord to get the splash shield replaced but the part I had ended up being a splash shield for a Honda Civic, however instead of just leaving my car as is, Jesse had one of his techs tighten up a few screws and bolts so my bumper and tire splash guards wouldn’t be dragging against the ground and rubbing up against the tires. He also let me know that he noticed my lower control arms needed replacing and gave me a repair estimate on the spot. I decided to go buy the parts myself to save a little extra cash and Jesse and his techs were able to get that repaired all in the same day! If you’re looking for mechanics you can trust and rely on to do good quality work this is definitely the place to go. These guys are so efficient and helpful, definitely will be returning for any of my car needs.

I had a very flat tire and needed it taken care of right away. Ryan and Jesse were great. They did the plug but noticed my tire was in need of replacing. No high pressure sales pitch they suggested it. They did shop some options and presented me with them and even helped me look them up to really understand what was best for me. They were super busy but that didn’t stop them from making me feel like they cared and had time to help. Their customer service was over and beyond which isn’t that what you really need when you bring your car in and expect to be told all these things must be replaced? Both were great and I will certainly recommend them!!! Fair and honest

I REPEAT DO NOT DO NOT DO NOT BRING YOUR CAR HERE AS A BUSINESS OWNER TO BUSINESS OWNER I SPOKE WITH RYAN ABOUT A ISSUE THEY CAUSED & HE AGREED TO STAND ON HIS WORD DUE TO THEM BLOWING MY TRUCK PMC UNIT IN MY CAR BY PUTTING ON THE ELECTRICAL PIECE WRONG!! THE DEALERSHIP DIAGNOSE THE ISSUE!! RYAN AGREED TO PAY FOR A PART AT THE PRICE HE NORMALLY CAN GET IT FOR & I SAID OK THATS FINE ‼️ SO I TOOK MY TRUCK TO THE DEALERSHIP TO BE SERVICED I PAID EVERYTHING OUT OF POCKET!! ONCE THE CAR WAS FIXED I BROUGHT THE PROOF BACK TO RYAN THAT THE TRUCK WAS FIXED HE DID NOT WANT TO PAY FOR THE PART THAT HE AGREED TO ALSO THE TECHNICIANS AT THE DEALERSHIP DROVE MY CAR FOR A HALF DAY PRIOR TO ME PICKING IT UP & EVERYTHING WAS WORKING FINE THE MORNING I PICKED IT UP EVERYTHING WAS WORKING FINE BUT SOON AS RYAN HOOKED HIS MACHINE UP TO MY TRUCK HE PRESSED BUTTONS & MADE MY CHECK ENGINE CODE COME BACK ON INSTANTLY EVEN AFTER THE GUYS AT THE DEALERSHIP SHOWED ME NO CODES WAS THERE !!BE AWARE THIS SHOP CAN GET VERY VERY SNEAKY!!!IF I WAS YOU ALL I WOULD CHOOSE SOMEWHRE ELSE THEY WILL TALK TO YOU SOOO NICE UPON ARRIVAL!!! TAKE THIS EXPERIENCE FROM A BUSINESS OWNER WHO WANT TO SEE OTHER BUSINESSES PROSPER!!!
