I’ve given waaayy too much business to these clowns over the years. They’re precisely the type if con artists who will welcome your car in and say they can get parts for you and give you a full run-down of what the car needs, and then they start hitting you with their hidden fees and charges. They’ll basically hold your car hostage if you don’t agree to their terms. This is to say nothing of the miserable communication. Also, train your pets not to poop all over the floor of your business. You do enough of that on your own.

Horrible. No sé qué les pasa, quieren cobrar 120 dólares por cambiar un foco del carro y aparte yo llevaba la pieza, ¡un pequeño foco!. Me parece un exceso. ¿Qué el precio es por qué no saben cambiar una bombilla y les va a tomar tiempo? No vayan allá si no quieren que les vean la cara. Fui a otro lugar a por esa misma bombilla “difícil” y solo pague 10 dolares.

The owners have no remorse for their customers. They are some of the most absolutely disrespectful and despicable individuals I have ever met. I would never recommend going to this place.

En este lugar estuvo mi carro desde un martes asta el lunes próximo, solo para que me dijeran que no pueden arreglar y que debo 120 , para colmo me dejo desconectado la marcha a tras de mi carro , muy pero muy decepcionado de este lugar

BEWARE!!! Although they may be able to make minor car repairs, if you value your car DON'T LET THEM TOUCH YOUR ENGINE...a perfectly good Kia Sorento went into their shop for routine maintenance to change a timing belt and less than a month later the car BREAK'S DOWN WITH SERIOUS DAMAGE TO THE ENGINE. I was told that there was no garentee because I brought a timing belt kit which is what their claiming caused the problem but the truth is that THEY TIGHTENED SOME ENGINE BELTS TOO TIGHT causing a sensitive engine bolt to break (crankshaft pulley bolt). Of course they denied this and claimed that the new belt tensioner was defective and caused the problem. When THE CAR BROKE DOWN ON THE ROAD you could hear something loose, broken churning around in the engine before it died. At their shop the "mechanics" have a poor command of ENGLISH which only made trying to resolve the matter that much more difficult... AGAIN IF YOU VALUE YOUR CAR YOU'D BEST GO ELSEWHERE!!!
