Two words come to mind when I think of the folks at Ludlow Auto - kind and efficient. A few months ago, I came in to get a broken mirror looked at. I wasn’t able to return to get it fixed right away, but when I called to reschedule months later, the staff remembered me and was able to get me in the next day. Each time I’ve been in the shop everyone has been personable and knowledgeable, helping me to understand the issues and carefully walking me step by step through the work they’re doing. They fixed my mirror in about 20 minutes and I’m extremely happy with the work they did. I HIGHLY recommend Ludlow Auto for all of your auto needs. They are the best!

The customer service here is unmatched. The employees are very caring. Isaiah was very helpful and patient. This was my first time experiencing an accidental situation. Had a great experience working with Isaiah replacing a cracked bumper on a VW. He sourced the replacement part locally, suggested a way to save by repurposing an existing part, and had the work done, all within a few days and for a great price. I wouldn't hesitate to return.

My vehicle was in an accident, I called Ludlow Auto repair shop. The receptionist was so polite and concerned about whether I was okay. I really appreciated her concern. I was concerned that while driving my rear tires were shaking and the owner told me to turn around, go back home we will pick up your car! Wow! What service. My vehicle was fixed and painted looking brand new. I have no complaints about Ludlow Auto.

Took my car over the owner called the insurance company the same day, got everything done, including a rental that picked me up and I dropped it back off to Ludlow. My car looked great, they even detailed the inside.....thank you btw it was a mess! The woman at the front desk is the sweetest! I will bring my car back if needed and I recommend anyone to use them. I literally had to do nothing.

Ludlow Auto Repair Shop will always hold a special place in my heart. Isaiah took amazing care of me. I had my car towed here to get an estimate for repairs. I knew the repair costs were going to be high, and I was paying out of pocket. Isaiah worked for days to try and find a way to get the cost lowered and still get quality parts. Unfortunately the cost was still high, so I decided to trade it in. But IF I ever need ANY kind of car repair, this is where I'm going. TOTAL 5 STARS!!

Amazing shop! Everyone who worked there was so friendly. The owner helped resolve our issue directly, got the repair done quickly, and at a very fair rate! Would absolutely recommend people use this shop, and I will be going back here or sending my friends if we have issues in the future.
