Tire shop is not suited for all vehicles; Waited 15 min for employee to say they don’t have tools to work on a 2013 Dodge Ram Waste of time and money. Just use real professionals

PLEASE!!! DONT!! GO!!! HERE!!! I went in for a simple tire patch up (this was a while ago but never got to post about it). They finished my patch up and lowered my car saying that I was good to go. I verified if they’re sure that I can drive he said yes. I put it in neutral and let it roll back a bit but got stuck so i asked him again “Are you sure everything’s ready to go it’s not moving?” He assured me that I was good to just step on it more so i stepped on it as little as a could and the car was stuck. Finally they decided to take a look and it turned out my lug bolt wasn’t put back properly and when I drove, it bent. They told me that it wasn’t their fault and it was someone else that tighten it wrong. They then angle grinned the bolt but my rotor assembly still had to be replaced. PLEASE DONT GO HERE!! I came to support more of a local business but don’t go somewhere that doesn’t have a human resources department because you will just struggle if something goes wrong and they won’t solve your issue!!! ¡POR FAVOR! ¡¡NO!! ¡¡¡VENGAN!!! ¡AQUÍ! Fui por un simple parche (esto fue hace un tiempo, pero nunca pude publicarlo). Terminaron mi parche y bajaron mi coche diciendo que estaba listo para irme. Verifiqué si están seguros de que puedo conducir, dijo que sí. Lo puse en neutral y lo dejé retroceder un poco, pero me quedé atascado, así que le preguntó de nuevo: "¿Estás seguro de que todo está listo para ir, no se está moviendo?" Me aseguró que estaba bien y que le pisará más, así que le pisé lo menos posible y el coche estaba atascado. Finalmente decidieron echar un vistazo y resultó que mi perno de la aleta no se volvió a colocar correctamente y cuando conduje, se dobló. Me dijeron que no era su culpa y que era otra persona la que lo apretó mal. Luego cortaron el bolt pero mi conjunto de rotor todavía tuvo que ser reemplazado. ¡POR FAVOR, NO VAYAS AQUÍ! Vine a apoyar un negocio local, pero no vayas a un lugar que no tenga un departamento de recursos humanos porque solo tendrás problemas si algo sale mal y NO RESUELVEN!!!

The prices are great. The staff is super helpful / friendly. They don’t try to get you to buy things you don’t need. & they have chickens to look at while you wait for your tires :)

This was the best tire experience I've ever had! I appreciate these guys so much. I had a slow leak in my tire from a nail and they were able to take me as a walk-in. The minute I drove up, they put a jack under my car and my tire was off within seconds. Then they patched my tire and had me on my way all in under 10 minutes. And to top it off they were very friendly. Will be back in the future!
